I'd forgotten to put my full address I when ordering online. The company called me within minutes and informed me of my mistake and took my address over the phone. Item arrived in 2 days, excellent service.

ordered some brabantia kitchenwares for my new home. had an email telling me one item was backordered. fired a reply off only to receive a rely within 10 mins that they would refund the missing item and ship that day as I'd asked.

can't fault the service and to have a reply within 10 mins from a retailer is exceptional these days when it normally days before you get one!

since my first i've done a second and arrived two days later by royal mail.
