Not only were they the cheapest for the item I purchased there dispatch and delivery was excellent.I had a slight issue with the description of the item and bought something I didn't need but over the phone the girl couldn't have been nicer and sorted it there and then and a refund for the extra item was arranged. First class service and would use them again without hesitation..

Exactly what I ordered, arrived very quickly and was well packed.

I called ahead before ordering a Global GS-2, as other companies that I have ordered knives from have quoted stock when in reality I've had to wait 3 weeks. The phone was answered by a freindly representative who told me that the knife was in stock and that if ordered I would recieve it the very next day.
I received the knife at 8 am this morning in perfect order. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you and you can be assured my repeat business.

I ordered the dish rack and was amazed that I received it the very next day! I am very pleased with it. It is exactly as described and just what I wanted. It is a good size and also comes with a cutlery drainer.
I would definitel order from this company again.

It would be nice if this company had addressed me properly instead of referring to me as Mrs 'firstname'. This is down to basic admin! This company lost my order but didn't realise they had lost it until I asked where my goods were. Goodness knows whether they had taken my payment. However when they realised their mistake they put things right straight away and refunded the postage as a gesture of goodwill.

Ordered a Brabantia washing line at 10:00 on Monday and had it in my hands at 11:00 on Tuesday. Outstanding service and delivery. The only slight confusion is that it was ordered on the "just-brabantia.co.uk" website and the shipping confirmation email and delivery were handled by "verynice2.com" (in fact, the order still shows as "Processing Order" on the just-brabantia.co.uk web site). However, very satisfied and will definitely be using either of these websites again.
