Great products at prices better than anywhere else on internet.

Only issue had was that couldn't get discount to work online so had to place order via phone, which meant had to have delivery to same address as billing address which was a little inconvenient.

Would definitely buy from here again

Lovely bone china by Maxwell & Williams. Delivered beautifully packed very shortly after ordering on the internet. Each piece wrapped individually and boxed, plus other pieces which blend in well with the main boxed set. Quality is superb. Will be ordering more.

Searched everywhere for a kitchen bin to fit into a small space and was let down by one supplier to then find the same item on Verynice2 at a lower price and delivered the next day! Fantastic!

The items are of brilliant quality and were dispatched very quickly. I am extremely please with the bread bin and biscuit barrel I purchased. They were dispatched next day and I received an email with tracking information.
The only problem I had was that the couriers failed to deliver when they were supposed to. The tracking systems said no-one at home and left a card. I was at home and no card was left. I had a bit of a job finding the right number to call to find my parcel and was met with, "sometimes they do that if they cannot find the house". Not very good service from the couriers.

I'm very pleased with the dish rack and it should last for years as it's stainless steel.

However, we were a bit dismayed with all the packaging. It came in a huge sturdy box with approx. 6 sq metres of thick bubble wrap. I'm going to reuse both, not sure why I'll need such a big box, but I should be able to use the bubble wrap to protect delicate plants from frost.

Good hassle free shopping on-line. Well put together website which which was clear and easy to browse. I was able to keep track of my order online. Had some problems with the delivery company delivering the items to my address but verynice2.com were excellent in dealing with the issue, they tracked and kept me informed until I received the items. Excellent customer service and really impressed by company who seem to care!

Dropped one star because only received one out of two items. Missing item despatched immediately (first class) and received following morning. Very helpful lady on phone.

I had to ask three times before I got a comprehensible response to my request for a quotation. However when it was all resolved the goods arrived quickly and were a very competitive price.

Fantastic Service, I ordered a Brabantia Washing line on a Monday evening and the item arrived the very next day well packaged and I even got an e-mail stating that it had been despatched and the courier it was being sent with

I placed an order with this company and waited 3 weeks in total for delivery. They didn't keep me informed, didn't mention a stock problem when i ordered and didn't contact me re a delay. I had to call them in the end, after 7 days, to chase my order up. My goods came eventually but in two seperate deliveries, one 2 weeks after ordering and the other 3 weeks after ordering. I had to call 3 times in total to find out where my goods were. All in all not a good company in my experience. I don't expect to have to chase an order up and at the very least i would have liked a refund for delivery or an apology. I won't be using them again.

Ordered an item back early November, received five weeks later! Did email and attempt to call to chase up my item, but not response was obtained. Item was of very good quality however, just a shame I had to wait so long for it!
