Very bad service
I ordered perfume from vesira three weeks back and it's has not come yet. On website their noticed it has to come within a week but I have received nothing. Will never use this service ever again

I bought some product in that website 14 days ago, it says my order should be here in 4/5 days…. But is going to be 15 days

Undeserved anxious experience from this online shop as tracking number was not updated at all. Add to that, Vesira did not respond to my communication. However, I got my order in a timely manner and the Dior item I ordered is genuine. So, I rate this store 4 stars-just because of the lack of communication. But I recommend order with confidence

SCAM! bought a Jo Malone fragrance and it was clearly FAKE.

No total mente Falso, el perfume que compre es falso y el numero de tlf de atencion al cliente esta desconectado. ES UNA ESTAFA.

Ordered hair dye that I can't seem to get here in Ireland.
Took longer than I expected for delivery but they arrived.
No complaints .

I contacted this company to check that they had the product in the photo, not a later version. They assured me that it was and then sent me the later version. They tried to claim that I was mistaken, but I referred them to our email correspondence. No refund unless I returned the item, which I did. They then claimed that they hadn't received it. I got a partial refund from Royal Mail, but I was substantially out of pocket

I ordered a perfume on March 3 and nothing has come to this day.When I wrote well, he didn't even comment. So I'm upset because I lost my money.I wrote to them that I was canceling my order and they would return my money, but they would not respond at all. Poor unreliable company robbe people

Excellent service. I ordered the product, they communicated well and it arrived within the stated timeframe in appropriate cardboard( not plastic)packaging. I would definitely use again

I placed an order for 2 Armani Code Deodorant sticks. Expecting to receive 2 "original" products. Unfortunately they did NOT send me the products I ordered. They did not send me the products they show in their portal, but 2 deodorants with a similar in exterior appearance, but with a totally different deodorant gel inside. It was a gel with a different consistence, different color (white instead of transparent), different scent... Just to mention a few... Really something else! I reported the matter to them in good faith, explaining everything, even attaching a photo showing the true product on the side of what they sent me and requesting a FREE replacement, but no way. They say there is no error from their side, as they may come from a different batch of the same product (that's ridiculous... it was indeed something else!). I've written to them once again to reiterate my good reasons, but they are not answering anymore. Good luck if you buy from these people!

The perfumes were dispatched really slowly.

The price of the item I bought was surprisingly low and very convenient. Shipping time took a week, reasonable for these days in the covid era.

Would have given 5 stars, were it not for the fact that delivery took 8 working days, i.e. almost two weeks.

Excellent price for my eau de toilette.

I found my product on Vesira, website advised there would be delays due to Covid and I knew it was going to be despatched from Spain so I received it in good time and it was well packaged, will use again.

I was looking online for a replacement lipstick (original bought in Spain) and I found it on Vesira.com website - I ordered 2 and another lipstick - all reasonably priced. Whilst placing the order, it stated 5-7 weeks delivery but during these strange times (COVID19), I knew that it could be longer. It wasn't - my order was delivered in good time and well packaged - and they were exactly what I was after :) Thank you Vesira

I love the Solo Loewe products I purchased and they came in time and in good condition.

Placed my order good service received my order abt 4/5 days later will definitely order again.
