Vessos 

This place is a scam!!! I ordered a beach towel. It took two weeks to receive in the mail. I was absolutely shocked when I opened it! What I received was a VERY small silk-like material flag looking thing. How is that a beach towel?!!!! I'm sure based on the reviews I will never hear back from customer service and will be stuck with a $14 ugly silk flag. Keep far far away from this website!!!!!

I ordered something from Vessos on June 28th. According to their tracking service, it still has not left China at this date, August 7th!! In fact, there is an "Alert" on my item. To say this is completely unacceptable is an understatement. I, too, (as others were) were asked to "be patient just a little while longer." The item I had ordered was a beach blanket. Needless to say, my trips to the beach are already two weeks behind me. So ridiculous. An inquiry as to how I might go about being refunded is yet to be answered. BUYER BEWARE!!

I love the "mandala- like" designs! I ordererd two towels, and received them real quick. QUestions I had were handled in good response. I hope the weather in NL will become better soon, so I can use them.

DO NOT shop with these guys! I ordered a dress from them. The description said "grey." When it came it was purple so naturally I wrote them to let them know about the mix up. They didn't offer to send me the right one which leads me to believe they k Ow they're scamming people. Then when I asked for a refund they only wanted to give me a percentage off my next order! Why the heck would I want to if I'm not going to get what I actually ordered. When I said that wasn't OK with me the lady told me the only way they would refund my money is if I paid to have it shipped back to freaking China which I would not be reimbursed for. So I went over the lady's head and spoke to someone else who told me they would refund my money if I gave them a good review on this site first and took a screenshot. So I gave them a 4 star rating even though I felt pretty ticked off about it, and they had the nerves to ask me to give them a 5 star rating! They are a scam! They know they're selling stuff that isn't right and they don't care. Stay away! The prices may be cheap but it's not worth it!

It took 4 weeks to receive my product that I paid to be expedited. Customer service is a joke. When I expressed my dislike for the amount of time it had been I was told to learn how to be patient. Also, the size chart is not accurate and the quality sucks.

I really think they are paying people to post 5 star reviews!

I have bought a total of 4 items from Vesso. After ready the reviews I was hesitant to purchase from them but I can think for myself, and for the price i thought, I'll order 1 thing and check it out for myself ". Well.... I was very PLEASED with my purchase so I ordered 1 more thing, again it was soooo cute, fit great and quality was much better than I could have ever expected for the price, plus this company gives you free shipping. And a discount if you order over 30$. I continued to order another and another item all so cute.. They always contacted me with ship dates and arrival times. I Do Not understand the negative reviews and suggest that if your concerned to do what I did and order 1 thing and check it out for yourself.

I always give credit where due and I also try to find a positive in every situation.
To say I am disgusted in the garments purchased would be an understatement. .After waiting almost FOUR weeks AFTER making full payment. The parcel arrived today. The dresses purchased are like rags.. Disgusting quality!! couldn't even be used for dress ups.. wow!! looks like they have been made by a 5 year old. BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT ... RIPPED OFF ... definitely... Do yourself a favour.. save your money.. if it sounds too good to be true.. it normally is.. !!! Refund would be GLADLY ACCEPTED.. AND WARRANTED.

I purchased a two piece set on July 10th. Paid an additional $4 for expedited shipping. Received my item on August 3rd.

The item was beautiful and as shown in the picture so the wait was worth it.

I purchased a bathing suit from them. It said it should arrive within a week. It took almost 5 weeks to receive it. Strike one. The colors on the bathing suit were bleeding into one another. I emailed them and let them know that it was of poor quality and what I could consider "damaged" because of the color issues. They offered me a 10% refund and told me that it must not have been up to my expectations. What?

Anyway, I'm grateful I had the forethought to pay with PayPal. PayPal refunded me all of my money. When I originally filed the claim, Vessos emailed me and asked me to take down the claim. Um. No. Then, they accepted that I should be able to return for full refund but were requiring me to send with tracking to CHINA. That was going to cost me $60. I refused, called PayPal. Told them the situation and they issued a refund right then. The biggest pain in the neck.

I ordered from Vesso's for the first time in June...although there was an issue....Vesso's worked with me and went over and above to make up for it....love their clothes... just make sure you read the item descriptions and size charts so your happy with your order...can't wait to order my fall/winter clothing

My item was shipped within two days of placing the order. I paid extra for the expedited shipping, but it still took two full weeks to receive. I contact the customer service department on several occasions to assist with tracking and ask questions, and they were very helpful at all times. Once the item was received, I contacted them to let them know and request that since it was not expedited they should return my shipping charges ($6). I was asked to complete the review, screen shot and send to them and once they had it they would refund the money. I had written a nice review about the CS department, but not much else. CS told me that I had to give them at least 4 stars in order to refund my money. This went back and forth with a few emails before I said the heck with it. I'm not give a positive review to get a few dollars back. BTW - they were going to refund me an extra $2 just for the feedback.

I deleted my previous review because if this is how the customer service department gets them feedback I'm not interested.

My order was split into 2 shipments and I received the first of them yesterday...after waiting for more than a month and contacting Vesso's asking where my order was. They told me the order was unable to be tracked because I chose free shipping...??! What I received yesterday was not like the pics...poor quality material and the size small shirt was huge..I triple checked to see if it had been mislabeled...completely fell right off me, and I'm an average small size...not super tiny. I can't wear the shirt at all. I still haven't received the other part of my order...Vessos said it can take 40 days or more. This information should have been made available before placing orders because I would not have ordered anything if I knew it wouldn't arrive until the end of the season. Overall I'm unhappy with my Vessos experience and won't be spending any more money with them. It's too bad...their website looked fantastic...buyer beware.

Fast shipping but products are knockoffs of Venus.com products.

Horrible quality swimwear is so cheap and the sizes are all screwed up waited almost a month for this awful experience never again. Cheap cheap

EDIT: I posted the below review on Aug 3 and absolutely stand by my comments. However, Vessos has been in touch with me since then and I feel the need to update my comment. In addition to my below review I contacted Vessos by email and Facebook. They did respond to both, which I appreciate. However, in our email chain they explained that my missing purse was sold out and could not be shipped until the end of August, despite ordering on June 12. I was never notified of this during checkout, only after I sent in my review. They did agree to refund the cost of the purse since I did not want to wait another month for shipment only to receive a predictably poor quality product. But the biggest offense from our email exchange was that they were willing to refund all of my purchases if I edited my review to something positive. I repeat: THEY WILL OFFER YOU A REFUND IN EXCHANGE FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW! This explains why there are any positive reviews on this website. I was extremely offended that I was asked multiple times in our email exchange to LIE to future customers by crafting a false review and pretending this company is anything other than horrendous. I was explicitly offered a full refund but only if I would edit or remove my negative review. I refuse to be bullied by this company. Please do not spend your money on them.

Original comment: Please do not order from this company. The quality is horrendous. I ordered a dress that is the size of a tank top (checked the size chart), a cardigan that is thinner than paper, a pair of shorts that had threads hanging out and were toddler-sized, a watch that doesn't work and a bag that hasn't arrived yet (no notice of it being shipped either despite ordering a month ago). The images on their website ARE NOT the same as the products they deliver. The quality is unbelievably cheap, shipping is inconsistent and customer service seems to be severely lacking. Please spend money elsewhere. No idea where the positive reviews are coming from but this shop is terrible. Will never shop here again.

Quality is awful.... cheap flimsy materials -- Black is Gray polyester
pieces of lycra off polyester just cut not hemmed. No phone to call and no return shipping product label - shipping label is from China --with website not guaranteeing quality or refunds. Customer Service is not responsive. Don't waste your money !

This is the 3rd time I have edited my review!!!! I should have stayed with the First review....HORRIBLE. As for expedited shipping That's a gimmick just to get more money out of people I think. The tracking numbers provided DON'T work!!! Tried to contact Customer service and they give you the same response....Be Patient....Ha. That's exactly why I paid for EXPEDITED Shipping. Please DON'T waste your time or money!!! Just Horrible!!!

I ordered two items and 17 days later they are still not here. This is my first time ordering. I guess I should have read the reviews. Glad it was a small order at least.

Absolutely love my purchases and definitely will buy from again. Fast shipping also
