Do not order from Vessos!!!!!

After ordering a dress in November I haven’t still received my shipment(19.04.2018).
My correspondence with Daisy (Customer Representative) is long and useless!
So DO NOT ORDER FROM vessos!!!

Dear potential customers,
I would like to share my experience with Vessos shopping.
After ordering some items in November I haven’t still received my shipment.
I failed a complaint and claimed for money back. The customer service was offering to return the money under one condition, to charge me 12 USD for the shipping fee.
My order initially was shipping free and now they want to charge it to my account.
After a long mail communication I still got no answer if these terms are stated in the policy. And of course still no money back.
From my side, Vessos is very unprofessional.
I wish I have read the rates before ordering.

i ordered 30/11 and they sent me an e mail 1/12 that my order had shipped! i am still waiting! i had also ordered two christmas dresses for christmas presents! i will give them aS a present next christmas ........ i am really disappointed!

Excellent customer service, my items arrived on time and they are great quality. Very happy.

Ordered a t-shirt from them, like a baseball t-short with 3/4 length sleeves. The shirt was white but the sleeves were red. The item had no care instructions in it at all, so I turned it inside out, put it on a 30 degree wash and threw in a couple of colour catchers for good measure. Needless to say the red colour leached out and dyed the t-shirt along with a whole load of other garments.

I emailed customer services and I think we’re on our 13th email exchange now. Each time they are trying to barter with me as to how much (or should I say how little) of a refund I receive. They’re saying they won’t refund in full unless I send the item back (to China at my own cost) even though it is now useless. They’re refusing to pay for postage too. They won’t even send a replacement.

I’ve sent photos of the damaged item and of some of the other garments that are now pink because of it, to prove what’s happened. Still they come back with “how about we give you 15% refund....” blah blah blah. Each time the offer changes. It’s either a tiny percentage of refund or the offer of more off my next order. Next order!??? No way!!!! I will never order off these people again!

For me, this is now more of a matter or principal and I shall be speaking to someone about consumer rights later, as well as speaking to my bank re protection from these types of people.

So, for clarification DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. It is absolutely not worth the time or effort. They’re idiots. Or scammers. Playing games in the hope that people give up getting refunds!

Ordered my shirt before Thanksgiving and now it's almost Christmas and it's still not here! Because I got free shipping they provided no tracking number and when I contacted them they sent me the same generic email 3 times! I've been waiting a long time for the shirt and by the time it gets here ...Christmas is going to be over, I asked for a refund multiple times with no response! I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and I highly recommend that nobody purchases from them as they do not provide any customer service and are HORRIBLE business people!

Do not use them. I ordered items in mid September and was told delivery would be 10-15 working days. With nothing turning up, I had to chase them and kept getting told different delivery dates... 30 working days... 45.... finally after NINE WEEKS they admitted they still had the products and would resend with urgent delivery. Another two weeks later I’m told they’re now out of stock. Am waiting on a refund (of which I asked for weeks ago before they claimed they’d resend) but not holding my breath.

Ordered back in October and still haven’t received my package and coincidentally my tracking number doesn’t work. Oh and customer service never got back to me. The only reason I am giving a 1 star rank is because it won’t let me give zero stars. F this site what a rip off!!

Do not order from Vessos. Ordered Hurley jumper and a pair of heels. Hurley jumper is a cheap poor quality hoodie with a fake hurley sticker on it. Dreadful, cheap, market stall quality worth no more than $5. Heels were also very bad quality, feel like they will break within one wear. Would not recommend for anyone to shop here. Vessos is an absolute scam.

I was nervous about buying here due to the reviews I found. I ordered a size up since general reviews stated they run small.
My order took 3 weeks to receive, but it was free shipping. When I received my items, I was pleasantly surprised. Looked just like their pictures! Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

I love the sweatshirt. It isn’t a reg thicknone which I didn’t want. I live in Florida so I wanted a lighter one and this is perfect.

Where do I start?! Ordered 4 garments from the site, only 3 turned up, yet they still charged me for all 4. Messaged customer service and they tell me the item is out of stock and to pick another. I tell them the bra (which matched the knickers I ordered) was still advertised on their website as in stock when I placed my order, so on false advertisement grounds, I wanted a refund. I’m told no. I threaten them with Trading Standards as they’ve stolen my money at this point and it’s refunded in an instant. Next, the knickers to said bra.. a mistake made their end, they send me the wrong size. I send a picture of the other two pairs of knickers I received next to the tiny pair with a tape measure in between, FOUR INCHES SMALLER are these knickers, yet customer services still won’t rectify the mistake and offered me an insulting 90p compensation after ripping me off.. not only that, I‘ve since discovered the item does NOT match what is advertised online!!! Cheap imitation no doubt ripped off from another company! “Give them to a family member or friend”, they said - yeah, ‘ere ya go, Nan, have my tiny, frilly knickers some arsehole company mistakingly sent out, refused to swap and ripped me off for, you could make a great toilet roll doily out of it!! I’m told to sell them on, I’m told to re-order them with a 20% discount code, I’m told everything else except what I want to hear - “very sorry for the inconvenience, we accept the responsibility and will exchange those for you.” Money grabbing b*stards!!
Their “returns policy” is illegal stating they do not accept them, especially with faulty/mistaken orders, and there is NO information about exhanges or consumer rights, only a lame statement of “if something doesn’t meet your expectation, we’re committed to do our best to find a solution”, which is total pony in itself!! Still an ongoing case, I’ve since threatened them with further legal action unless they get back to me with a viable solution.

‼️ Clue yourselves up people, these b*stards aren’t above the trading laws yet they’ll treat you as if they are.. know your rights before buying from any online retailer/rip off merchant! ‼️

The Vessos items I ordered, 2 shirts, were unacceptable in every way. The fabric was thin and cheap, the workmanship was beyond horrible and the sizing was way off. I ordered an X-large due to wanting to layer the shirts, and I could not get either of them on. I normally wear a medium, but these shirts were only to fit an extra small woman. When I wrote to dispute these items and sent accompanying photos, Vessos offered only a 15% return and an 8% credit towards my next purchase. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM VESSOS!!

I receive my packages in time. Everything came the way they show.

I received part of my order very quickly and was advised that the other item was out of stock. The Company offered me an alternative choice. I was impressed with the communication and will deal with the company again.

Completely misleading by using the ‘Hurley’ brand name in the description and photo. This company is not buying from a wholesaler of the original product as I believed from their statement on their website. They are 100% knock offs that are of extremely poor quality.

*** DO NOT ORDER FROM VESSOS*** THERE IS A REASON WHY THE MERCHANDISE IS SO INEXPENSIVE!!! In my opinion, this company is a scam. The pictures on their site false advertises the apparel; my purchases did not look like the originals whatsoever. The size chart is completely off as well. I ordered swimsuits in size medium to be on the safe side (I am normally a small) however, they were entirely too small and completely off from the measurements they listed on their site. The topper is the material, VERY VERY CHEAP... I would not be wearing the suits I ordered (if they even fit) anytime soon in fear that they'd fall apart after taking a swim. Again, I do not recommend this site. I was very disappointed in my purchases from Vessos.

Got my order in the time they said it would arrive. Everything fit well and the material was good. I had to use customer service and it was indeed a quite pleasant experience. I would order again, once I am not in a rush for something.

This site is awful and so cheap. Does not look like the picture. The fabric of the clothes are like table cloth. It's nasty. Don't shop here.
