Never ordering again from this company!!

The workmanship/sewing is so unprofessional! The tag on the black blouse is BKMGC and states 'Classic Fashinon), which is not sized or sewn to being a classic blouse. I would like to return this item as soon as possible. I have tried to get information online but to no avail. Please send information on how to return this blouse.

I was shipped a top that was damaged. All I wanted was to exchange it. Nope. They never followed through.

I ordered clothes from them in late July and received my items one by one over a month later, everything I ordered was cheap, nasty and didn't fit right. I did however get a refund for an item they were unable to ship but I am still waiting to hear back from them about getting a refund For the rest of the crap they sent me.

They are a complete misrepresentation of what they present online. I returned all items as asked by the company and took a picture of my receipt with tracking number and no refund. I'm filing a claim with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Made the same bad experiences as described below.
I think the have changed their name now and are now "fairyseason.com"....so they are continuing.....!

So I ordered 3 items over two weeks ago and got a notice one shipped but still haven't received anything. I've been trying to go back to their site but it looks like it's taken down? Some law suit order comes up every time I click on anything with their name. What is going on? I wish I had read all these bad reviews before I ordered! How do I get ahold of these people? I want my money back or my stuff!!

I ordered what seemed like beautiful lotus beach blankets ... What a joke when they arrived!! Cheap polyester material with big tacky patterns on them. Absolutely NOT what they portrayed in the images and sexy advertising. I am requesting a full refund from them.

They are definitely a scam! I ordered over a month ago and the website said my order would be shipped in 8-10 days. They charged my acct immediately, but I have not received my order. I emailed them three times inquiring about it but never got a response. I just tried getting on their website to contact them yet again, and it is a lawsuit form! What the heck?! You can't trust them. Apparently I am not getting my order and have been screwed out of my hard earned money. I don't understand how people can do things like this to others.

Took forever to get the clothing and it was the worst fit and cheapest material you could imagine. I have been trying to contact them but all websites are down and they changed the name of the company. When I finally reached them they just keep jerking me around asking for the same info in different ways and then said they don't accept returns. Worst company ever, it's just a huge scam from China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR NEW COMPANY FAIRYTALES

Vesso's charged my account, said they shipped my product, it can't be traced, and two months later I have received nothing. I communicated with them a month ago and they said it is on the way. Nothing. I tried to get in touch with them today via the shipping concerns website address and it is no longer available. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!

The products look great on the website, they offer sales and the prices are reasonable. However what you recieve is NOT what they picture. They are cheap and not as described. Also, the site doesn't allow or offer returns because they know their products suck, and the customer service is only via email which are auto generated templated responses.

I received my items and had a friendly person via their vessos facebook page walk me through the process. i love my clothes they are beautiful for tropical beach wear. You can't beat the price! Wow!! i will order from them again.

I ordered three weeks ago. No word. Website is a court order. I don't know how Facebook allows them to advertise if they aren't in business anymore. I want my money back. My order number is 20160725920421. Vessos, you made me realize what it means when people say "it's too good to be true". You are a scam. Never order from them. Take your fake reviews off your site also.

I had no idea when I ordered a number of things that they allow no returns. Nothing looked as pictured and sizing was off. Cheap and tacky. They won't take returns or exchanges and at one point offered to give me 10% back but when I tried to respond their email address was no longer valid. Seething. Their ad should have never been allowed on people's Facebook feeds. Fraudulent company.

Unfinished items. Items falling apart. Items not as description. Will never buy from again.

One of The shirts I ordered has a rip in in, the other was suppose to be a large but it fit as a small which was okay for now. I emailed them about my rip in the shirt and after negotiations, was able to have a full refund for the ripped shirt. I was very upset and had to email a few times about it but in the end they made it right for the ripped shirt and discount for the future so I'm very pleased. Will order from them again !

Terrible quality, don't look anything like in the pictures. Ordered size S which was the smallest but they are all too big. I don't think they'll last one wash.. their website is now closed, what a joke! Wasted about £30..
