Vessos 

This is so disgusting after nearly 2 month I have received only 1 package out of 4 the material is very cheaper and poor, the items doesn't look as the pictures, I have asked to refund me several times with not succeed, and now I cannot sent any emails anymore as if kept rejecting every time I sent one, this is a fake company, I won't be recommended to anyone to buy from this business also this is not an American shop

SERVICE/DELIVERY - I ordered 3 towels from them and after waiting 1 month, just received 1/3 of my order. The service I received from the customer service department is just plain unacceptable (and non-existent) - I wrote to them 3 times asking for a follow up and never received so much as an acknowledgment from their part.

PRODUCT QUALITY - Simply despicable. The photos of the products are clearly all fake. I received a cheap polyester-type fabric replica with a very poorly reproduced print of the image on top. This is dollar store quality and I'm not even exaggerating. Also, the towel I have was supposed to have one black side with black dots, and one black side with white dots. Only one side was replicated leaving the other blank. What a joke.

As if this weren't enough, I have tried to review the item I received several times with photo attachments, but I keep getting a "Thank you for your review" message and the review never shows up on their website. Wish I could post photos here to warn other customers of what awaits.

I ordered several bathing suits a couple of weeks ago. I received a tracking number that isn't traceable anymore. Secondly, I was unaware this was a China company. I would have ordered my bathing suits from the USA! Now, I'm out of of bathing suits. After reading several reviews, looks like I may not get a refund. I see a class action lawsuit in their future. Regretfully, their site is shut down. Such disappointment and scam!

I read reviews after ordering and thought I was going to be disappointed with what I ordered, plus figured it would be a long time before I got it.
I was pleasantly surprised! It didn't take long to ship at all and then when I got the items I ordered I loved them.
They fit great, quality was good for price and they were exactly as pictured. I will be ordering again soon. You can't beat the value for the price.

I ordered 2 items 20 days ago, and one had come this morning ripped, the other isn't here, I went to write to the customer service buttt, the site closed, how convenient! So angry and I hope I get my money back or at least the other item I payed for!

I have not had one bad experience w vessos.
All clothes have come in essence than 2 weeks.
Customer service is always available.
Everything I have bought has fit to size
Love the clothes....site...and price ....

I ordered 2 suits almost 2 weeks ago. I got the tracking number, was able to trace it up to the time it left China. I thought I was ordering from the USA but okay, I thought I will wait as I got good product before from China. I now cannot trace it and the site is down and I keep getting the court order. WTH is going on ? If I have a tracking number and see it left China, will I get it? Is it Paypal protected?

I ordered 4 things, 2 are of bearable quality but 2 are completely not like the picture, the wrong size, and really awful quality.
I had emailed them and they agreed to give me an exchange, a full refund if I paid for shipping back, or a 15% refund.
Now? Their site is down and they're being sued.
I wonder how many of us lost money with this company (luckily for me it was only about $30) and whether we'll ever see it.
I'm really turned off online shopping and will only be buying from known sources from now on.

Terrible. I ordered 4 items 10 days ago and now the webpage won't even pull up. I bet I never get my items OR my money back. What a joke.

I placed an order 2 days ago now the website is not opening. Will I get the money back it was over $100 of item. Their website is shutdown. What is gonna happen? Not good experience at all

I have placed an order with this company and now I find out that it no longer is on line. How do I get my money back. It was just about 2 weeks ago.

I ordered over $60 worth of items from vessos over 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived, I now find out that the site has been shut down, who do I contact about my parcel and/or a return of my money?

Received this American flag bathing suit in like 2 weeks. It's just as shown in picture and fits pretty true to size. I'm a large and ordered a large. Love it. Very cute.

Out of 4 items, only 3 arrived, 2 of extremely poor quality, 1 of the wrong size. The customer service email - bounces back! Apparently - no returns is their policy, but you find out about it only when you need to return and do the research.

I had a little complain,but I got in touch with Vessos very quickly,and it all sorted out fine!
I will definitely buy more stuff from Vessos after this experience!

So far vesso have been great with my orders and answering my questions when my parcels are arriving seperatly..I will shop with vesso again very happily

I unfortunately did not read the reviews before I ordered. It has been 12 days and I still don't have my order. When I went online, the company has been removed from the internet so not sure how I will get my money back. Companies like this and the creeps who run these scams should be shot. Boycott trade with f******* China.

I ordered two cardigans and love them both. One came very quickly and one took a little bit longer but the company emailed me and told me there would be a delay.
