i received a part of my order today. The quality is horrendous! No wonder that there is a no return policy- did not know that until today when I wanted to ship back!!!
The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures. Very cheap. Looks like they are from a Dollar Store. Not joking! Save yourself the money and headache. This company should be ashamed of their selves

Ordered 3 dresses all of which were so thin and flimsy material. Sizes were all wrong too. They said 2 dresses were "mini" dresses, what I got were blouses. I am not a tall girl, even on me, they did NOT fit as mini dresses. Items were from China, when I inquired about returning for a refund, they asked me to take pictures of the items. Really? When I said I won't take pictures, they said if I can just give to someone else who would fit them because it would be too expensive to send back to them. I said NO WAY would I give those crappy clothes to anyone I know. So they said, I can send back but postage to China was about $25.00 so in short I didn't send it back. BTW, I also ordered 2 of the beach blankets, those were crappy too. Thin material, more like a very thin tablecloth and not a beach towel at all. Learn from my experience, do not buy from this website.

I ordered 2 beach blankets, a swim suit and a summer dress from this company. What a mistake! The beach "blankets" were paper thin and nothing like the huge size advertised. The swim suit was so thin that you cannot get the cheap material wet or else all will show. There are also no breast pads in the swim suit. You would be arrested if you wore this in public wet. The dress was a cheap fabric as well and bunched up in odd places making it unwearable. When I contacted them for a refund, they took several days to respond to my email...asked me to send pics...and then ignored my emails after I did what they asked.

I will be reporting this company to every review site to warn innocent shoppers.

Just ordered something yesterday and today saw they are being sued does this mean I'm not getting my order imore really upset

Ordered stuff 7/4/16 did not receive and now FB and email down and no response. Really? What a scam!

One big minus is the quality of the clothes. otherwise great delivery, customer service and refunding.

I paid for expedited shipping finally almost,two weeks,later my package came not once have they offered my,money back although they did offer me eight percent off my next purchase . Imnot going through that again .My clothes look cheap like I tried,to make them or bought them from a dollar tree store. No I'm done with Vessos.

When an item I purchased was out of stock, they quickly responded to my question and refund my money

I ordered a few items...the t shirts were ok.....but a sundress didn't match the quality of the picture as on website. Was meant to be a denim dress....but it wasn't denim. The stiching on the picture (which is obviously not the dress I received) was a heavier sticking on denim, my dress it a light weight material....which sort of looks like denim. I also ordered a watch, which wasn't sent. I wouldn't buy from them again

I ordered a dress and was hestiant of the quality but it was made well and fit good. I would order from this company again.

I placed an initial order for 3 items since I've never ordered from them before. I was thrilled by the prices & free shipping, just concerned about the sizing (thankful for each items' size chart) & the fact that you can't return. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, my first item arrived!!! Yes, it took awhile, but in the company's defense they have it posted that shipping can take anywhere from 14 days to 20. They sent me an email stating when the item was shipped. It arrived in a very small package from China. It was wrinkled, but no big deal. I put it the washer & hung it to dry. While it looks small, the fabric is soft & stretchy & I ordered according to the size chart posted & it fits!!!! I love it!!! I can't wait for the other items. Patience is key though. :) (*I took a picture of my dress to post, but my phone isn't letting me. I must be doing something wrong.)
Anyhow, I am a legit customer & I'm happy with my purchase!

I had an issue with the items as they were not true to size and run very small. They came damaged (not really their fault) and Fiona in customer service was very helpful and worked with me to come to a solution. I will buy from again! Not every situation is perfect, but they certainly worked with me to make my experience better and for that I am a happy customer. Thanks.

I ordered a beach blanket two months ago. Never came. I made a complaint and resent them all my info and order number. I still haven't heard back and doubt I will get my money back. I'm going to report them!

I ordered two shirts. Got one so far and it looks the same as in the picture. I ordered a large and it fits like a large. I would order from vessos again. Hope to get my second shirt real soon.

I ordered my items, measured myself up, going by their size chart. Received the items and they still didn't fit. Material is cheap and the fit is just wrong. They want me to send back with tracking before I get a refund, which will cost me $22. Meaning I'll only receive an $8 refund. I got totally ripped off.

I bought 3 items from this company! I received one of the items and it didn't fit like I was hoping. It was a little snug, I emailed the customer service department and they responded to me in a very timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and understanding. They apologized for any inconvenience that this may have caused me and they offered to refund my money so I may purchase a size that fit. Once I receive the refund then I will be buying the same item in a larger size. I will continue to purchase from them because of the quality of service I received and the items I got were great!
