Vessos 

I placed a order and chose free shipping with Vesssos on 7/7/16 . I started to get worried after I placed my order and starting seeing some bad reviews about people not getting their orders , clothes not fitting and company not responding to messages. I tried to email Vessos on 7/19/16 which only pulled up a blank page and never loaded anything for me to send a email to them so I went to their facebook and sent them a private message with my order number and in less then 24 hours they did respond to my message. The message was very nice and said my order had been shipped and that I should receive it between the 24th - 29th. I am glad to say I got my package form Vessos today and was very pleased and satisfied with my clothing. I ordered a top and swimsuit they were shipped together in one package nice and neatly. The sizes do run a little small I am size medium and ordered up to a size large and everything fit great. The only thing I didn't like about Vessos was that I couldn't send a email to them but I will order from Vessos again . Jeanene from TN.

My first time ordering an item online, and it was easy and stress free. It took a little longer than expected to arrive; However, customer service was great. I will be ordering again. Thanks Vesso.

I wish I could share photos of screenshots for email conversations and the item itself but they would not issue a refund for a product that looked nothing like the photo. I wasn't being picky either, it was nothing like the item. They continued to add, "but this one is nice too right? Just keep it."

I ordered a couple of bathing suits. 1 I ordered small and they sent me a large. The other is a medium for my daughter but the medium fits like a US large. I also ordered a tapestry that was advertised as a beach towel. Wrong advertising. The tapestry is more like a table cloth. It is thin material and is far from being a "towel" or "blanket" type material. The only way to contact this company is through email. They respond every 24 hours so don't expect a quick resolution. They are refusing refund or replacements. Even after they messed up and sent me the wrong size on 1 bathing suit. They even had the never to tell me to just give them to a friend. Do not purchase from this company. There are other companies that sell the same products and you have a chance of getting a better product and/or customer service. I am going to contact my bank and see if they can some how stop my payment. Again, do not buy from this company!!! Save yourself the headache.

This was the first time I ordered from Vessos after a recommendation from a friend. I ordered 3 shirts and they all came on time and fit great! I love all the clothing on this site, and most of all I love the low prices and free shipping. I am very happy with my order and plan to order avian soon and I will recommend Vessos to all my friends! ☺👍

The printed round beach blanket item# 78990 (photo of blonde model w/hat sitting on blanket) does not look like the picture on the Vessos website. The colors are off. The blanket that I ordered should have purple, teal, yellow-a variation in color. The blanket I received is mostly coral. I am disappointed & will not order from this company again.

The "towel" is absolutely beautiful! It is sheer like a scarf but you can definitely use it as something to sit on, on the beach! I was worried about shipping, but it only took 9-10 days to arrive!
I emailed Vessos about shipping and they responded within 24 hours!

They STOLE our designs and selling them CHEAP, using our photos! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will be sued in CHINA.

Horrible, this company is out of China, they show you cute clothes but when you actually get them they don't fit and look nothing like the catalog did. Pretty sure these items are made in a sweat shop, crooked and sewn improperly. If you try to return they will not, their customer service is non existent. DO NOT ORDER no matter how cute it looks, it will be cheap and strings coming undone when you get it. I now have items I cant return or sell as they will not fit any normal sized American

I ordered 3 items, they all arrived at different times. And by time I mean A LOT OF TIME! they took a long to deliver. The third item was 6 weeks. I actually contacted customer service, they were very helpful and got back to me right away, asked me to give it one more week then they would (my choice) either replace or refund. I waited another 2 days a voila! It arrived. So I would say overall I would rate Vessos a bit over average. As far as the product - at the price I paid I didn't expect "quality" so it met my expectations for sure! :)

I ordered a few round blankets and paid for expedited shipping to my vacation location. Their expedited delivery time should have taken no more than a week to arrive. However, what they don't tell you is that it takes them 1-8 business days to get your order shipped out in the first place.

Even after I paid expedited shipping, they sent my order standard service, adding an additional 6-8 days. Needless to say, my items never arrived to the destination where I was vacationing. My order is now lost.

I've made several attempts at contacting this company. They operate out of China and have zero interest in helping you. They refuse to issue a refund or to contact me. They are crooks. Please don't do any business with them!

I saw that round beach towel come through my news feed on facebook and just had to have it! I ordered one in purple and one in blue as well as a blue top I loved. I paid the extra money to get it here faster because I wanted it for my vacation. Everything arrived on time and it was all prefect! I loved everything so much I went back and ordered more tops! This time I did standard shipping and have not received my order yet but it's only been a week.
I was frustrated to see negative reviews about that round towel thing - I suppose they should change the wording and take out the word 'towel' and change it to thin beach blanket, but you can clearly see in the photos it's thin. And in the description it says whats it's made of. I think they are colorful, different and super cool. I absolutely love them!

I saw this website on Facebook and was obsessed from the start! In the past two weeks I ordered three tank tops, two shirts, one scarf, and one dress. All of these products fit perfectly and the quality is AMAZING. I did purchase the expedited shipping and got all my items in four to six days. I would totally recommend this website to anyone who wants stylish clothes at an affordable price. Happy Shopping!

I ordered a shirt for vacation and received it the day before i left after sending an email to vessos. They had shipped the wrong size and i was told to resolve the issue by giving it to a friend and they'll give me 8% off if i bought another one. They're fraud and ill never recommend anyone to order from them

I ordered one swim suit and a coverup. Both are terribly made. The only thing that was right was the color. I tied the coverup in the back and the string completely unraveled. The pattern on the swimsuit has lots of embroidered strings and completely separated things that were just not meant to be!!! Completely ruined it for my honeymoon. I also ordered a different swimsuit from them and they stated it was not available. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund for that item. We'll see if I receive the refund or not.

I purchased 142.00 worth of things included in that amount I paid for expedited shipping and I didn't receive until a few weeks later and 90% of the items wasn't was I ordered the close where cheaply made when I contacted them the said well we will certainly you 55 and give the clothes to someone that can fit it, they would pay for me to ship it back do I got stuck with things k didn't order and the 10% that was what i ordered was cheaply made and too small and in the wrong color, this is the worst company ever

After I placed my order, I couldn't track my package, the email address I tried to contact was not valid, the bad reviews I had read, and I was not placing a cell call out of country I thought for sure this company was a scam. So, I contacted PayPal and let them know what was happening and started a dispute. As soon as I placed dispute a customer rep emailed me and assured me that I would receive my order and asked for me to cancel the dispute, I replied that I wouldn't cancel my dispute until I got my order. The Vesso rep kept in contact with me in a timely manner and I did cancel my dispute with PayPal after I received my order.
If I hadn't contacted PayPal I wouldn't have been able to contact the company which I didn't like but, overall the company treated me decent and I did receive my order and I'm very happy with what I purchased and will continue shopping with Vesso, now that I know they are not a scam and how to contact them.

A Vessos advertisement showed up in my FB feed of all places and although I had no experience with the company I adored the shirt so much that I took a chance and ordered. I'm so glad that I did.

I opted for the free shipping as my shirt was less than $9 so I couldn't see spending half that in addition to receive my item in two weeks instead of three. I'm happy to announce that even without the benefit of tracking, which isn't offered on the free shipping option, my shirt arrived early than promised and in excellent condition.

The shirt is true to size. I am a size small, which I ordered, and it fits perfectly. The fabric is nice quality and exhibits quality craftsmanship. Even though this shirt is light colored I wore a black strapless bra with it and you could not see any of the black through my shirt. I love the color and design of the fabric which really adds to the overall look of this shirt. It's the perfect summer top, a tad bit sexy mixed with flirty, and not overly revealing.

This shirt is perfectly casual although change what you pair it with and it's dressy. It looks fabulous with jeans, Capri's, slacks and any length skirt. It's equally as multifaceted with footware and looks great with whatever you're in the mood for. I wore it today with a pair of distressed denim capris, tan strappy wedges and a tan hat. To say I looked cute and trendy would be an understatement.

I've read some really ugly reviews on here and I honestly think that a competitor must be writing them. I've had nothing short of a perfect experience purchasing from Vessos from placing my order to delivery so I really don't see how there could be validity to some of what I've read. I'm thankful that I didn't read that garbage first otherwise I would've missed out on a fabulous shirt that I'm always being complimented on.

This item holds up perfectly during laundering without any fading, shrinking or fabric pulling. I honestly cannot name one con about my experience. I can however tell you that I will be placing future orders with Vessos. Quality fashions that are trendy and carry free shipping on every order is shopping for me!!! Thank you Vessos!!!!

Everything I ordered is thin fabric and poor quality, loose threads, terrible construction. Some items do not even look the same as pictured on the website. Every item came individually and took over a month to arrive. I outlined all this to customer service requesting a refund, they replied back suggesting I give the items to a friend. I have now requested a refund four times, and they continue to reply back with ridiculous suggestions for what I do with the items to avoid the return/refund.

They pull you in with gorgeous photos of products that don't exist. Whatever you order is going to be too small, distorted in shape and once you wash it? Destroyed. Horrible company. Chinese made garments. Takes a month to get the crap in the mail.
