At ridiculously short notice (16.30 the day before my event), the team at Vester Kopi Nørregade (Copenhagen) managed to print 8 x A1 replacement posters which had gone missing on my flight to Copenhagen. Friendly and efficient service at a sensible price given the urgency of the job. Thank you for saving the day for me and my client!

They’re not client friendly. They’re basically just out to make a buck it seems. Went to make some prints, and they have their printer setup to print duplex, which is the opposite of the default settings. I suspect this is just one of their less client friendly ways of making money.

We had to print a couple of posters A1 for our company. They were very friendly helped on the phone and then on email and the order was done in less than a day. We sent the correct size and said what we wanted and the customer service was very good!

It is expensive sure but honesly we got the best price and service there compared to other places at Vesterbrogade for the type of print we needed. So our experience was great!

I paid 48 kr for 2 copies of a black/white document. The person was extremely rude and did not bother to even print it correctly - the paper had black spots and the quality of it was horrible. I asked to print it again and it took him 15 minutes to do it. Normally a copy in b/w costs 1,5kr, however I was informed that due to the COVID-19 emergency the prices are now higher (24kr per page instead of 1,5kr..). Very bad experience.

2 stars instead of one because i got a discount for the product.
Ordered table cards for a funeral and sent a picture and a quote that had to go on each its side of the foldable card.
I told them to choose a fitting fond and their “graphic designer” chooses times new roman ??? pointed it out via email and told them which font to use, but when i picked them up they where half the size i asked for.
“You can pick new ones up tomorrow” - yeah thanks that’s when the funeral is.
Bottom line, 80kr discount, 400kr for twenty table cards the size of a business card when folded out. Ridiculous

Lazy staff: you go there because you need expert advice, they let you down claiming they don't have time. Sad experience.

DO NOT waste your money at Vesterkopi, Vesterbrogade.

Hvis man ønsker sin, i forvejen flade, pengepung ripped for 64 DKK for at printe 9 dobbeltsidet papirer (studerende rabat er endda medregnet i prisen), så tag til Vester Kopi.

Ønsker man yderligere dårlig service af en ekspedient med flabet attitude samt dårlige argumenter, så tag gerne direkte på Vesterbrogades Vester Kopi.

Jeg anbefaler IKKE Vester Kopi (Vesterbrogade), medmindre du med glæde spilder penge på papirprint og ønsker dig en dag lidt dårligere. :-)

Damen bag kassen fortæller mig, at der ikke er prisforskel på dobbeltsidet eller ensidet print. Det betyder, at prisen er den samme, 64DKK, for 9 papirer og 18 papirer. Flot, der står, at jeg støtter med 2.98% i miljøbidrag på min kvittering, men hvis der ikke er prisforskel på 9 sider og 18 sider, giver Vester Kopi så ikke nul for at bekæmpe miljøspild?

"Nogen mennesker vil gerne have dobbeltsidet print frem for ensidet", siger hun så. Er det derfor, at det skal koste lige meget? Jeg kan se, at det er bedre for miljøet, men det er I jo pænt ligeglade med, bare I får penge.

WORST place ever! I feel so foolish. The Vester Kopi at Vesterbrogade provides absolutely the WORST service and attitude.

I printed only 9 pages, and the overall price was 64 DKK! It is extremely overpriced, especially for a student like me and many others, and the price even INCLUDED student discount. It would have been even more expensive without.

The lady who was supposed to offer me good service had a very bad attitude and didn't smile once. We even waited a while till she finally got up from her chair and came to "help" us. When I saw the price, I asked her how it could be so much. She told me that even though I printed double sided pages, there would be no difference in price. Does that mean I should have just printed one-sided = 18 pages, which would be environmental waste? Why does Vester Kopi not care for the environmental pollution? This just made my day so bad, and I would rather buy my own printer from now on! LESSON LEARNED. I am NEVER going to visit Vester Kopi ever again.

Vester Kopi Gothersgade.. omg, I was there in December and I'm still baffled by the lack of willingness to help customers. From the minute I stepped in I felt like I was a problem for them.

It was hard to get any clear answer to my concerns about my print job because they were busy complaining over other clients and discussing a recent xmas staff party.

When I received the print they had made a mistake and they wanted me to pay full price for the job and pay for a new print if they were to correct the mistake.

The communication was terrible and the employees there had the worst attitude. Be careful if you visit that print shop. I do not recommend it.

Printed my Architecture portfolio in a hurry and discovered when I came home that a lot of my illustrations I had printed looked really bad. Probably because the printer was not calibrated properly and running out of tones. Printed at the office and it looked just fine. Came back the day after, trying to get a refund but no service and I don't care kind of attitude. Had to talk to the manager to get my money back.
Stay away from this printshop!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have asked for the quotation for printing the poster A0 size on the paper max. 200g at VesterKopi – Frederiksberg. The price was 860 DKK (without TAX). We agreed on this price. Meanwhile, the lady from VesterKopi – Frederiksberg offered delivery of the printed poster to Hørsholm (without mentioning the cost of the delivery). From the detailed invoice I received today, I can see that the poster has been printed on satin photo star paper 240 g and the cost of the delivery from central Copenhagen to Hørsholm is over 660 DKK – which is equal to the Taxi fare on this distance.
As a warning for everyone – the price for A0 paper poster from VesterKopi – Frederiksberg with delivery (over 1.760 DKK) is comparable to the price of ordering an iPhone SE 32GB also including delivery (2.100 DKK). Even considering high prices in CPH, it is not acceptable.

I went there to scan and print an A2. When they scanned the file it looked very pink in their computer, so I tried to fix it with my computer (because they were not really helpful on trying to check where was the problem).
I came back the day after with the file looking good in my computer (yellow and not pink) and also with some print samples that I made with my personal computer.
We still had the same problem, the file was looking pink in their PC. We tried to print in the big printer and it was still pink. They were telling me they can not help me with the colour and their attittude was a little bit: well, I don't care...
We printed the file in the A3 printer and colours looked ok there (so, obviously the problem was with their computer colour profile and the big printer).
I asked AGAIN, if we could try to correct the colour from their computer to make it fit and their answer again was that that wasn't possible, and meanwhile they were already calling to the next person to print.
I consider it really really rude. If I go to a place to print I expect them to try to solve problems with colour profiles or, at least, to try to find a solution.

Gitte and the other staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

My wife and I got our wedding invitations, name tags, schedule, and RSVP cards printed at the Aarhus location. The staff, especially Gitte, who helped us were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We brought our own paper, which wasn't a problem, and they printed everything very quickly for us at a VERY good price.

We live in Sjælland now, but will go back to Aarhus to get the rest of our wedding things printed. That's how happy we were with the service.

I received excellent customer service from Fie at Vester Kopi Gothersgade. My order was handled very quickly and the print quality of the large roll-up poster was fantastic! Mange tak!

As an expat living in Denmark I was a little bit upset, when I got a danish answer for my englis email. However, turned out it was only an auto-message and they were apologizing even tho it wasnt realy their mistake. Moreover, when I went to their shop, despite I was the grumpy customer first, they were still nice, and was a pleasure to work with them.
