Vets Now - Hospital Manchester Reviews 

This is the third time I have had the experience of using vets now pets hospital .
My labradoodle has just been discharged after receiving absolutely amazing care.
The staff from the administration team to the nurses and vets are fantastic . They keep you updated they reassure you, nothing is too much trouble even when they are so busy they treat your pet like is was their own .
All I can say is exceptional standards of care , and thank you for everything.

Experience was good helpful staff very efficient.it all seem about the pet and not just the money.

We had to come in, in the early hours. The staff there were so lovely! They are a credit to Vets Now.

We got seen really quickly and they were great with our dog, really friendly and welcoming and also they gave us lots of information to go away with which was helpful.

I cannot express how amazing this Vet Hospital is! The staff are all lovely, friendly and really care when it comes to animals. Twice now they have saved my French Bulldog Versace, if it wasn’t for the fast acting staff I would have lost her :(. Thanks to the Vet Tom who has cared for her twice now, to the Vet Adele who cared for her when I took her in, also to the Nurse who ran out and grabbed her out of my arms and to all the other reception and nursing team! Thanks again x

Vets Now is the best vet I ever been, All the nurse and Vet very professional and give me a lot of mental support and take good care of my cat ! I was hopeless in midnight and they help me a lot !highly recommend !

£250 for an appointment!!! That’s all I can say! It’s ludicrous and a private company trying take as much money as they can!!! I called a free vet line straight after and all my little boy needs is antibiotics!

Excellent service to be able to choose a Vet, a convenient time and speak to someone so quickly on video in the comfort of your own home, very reasonable cost and the service we received was professional, responsive and literally saved our dog from being permanently paralysed. Ash the vet was so supportive and acted quick to get us the right support. Our dog was seen at OOH hospital for neurosurgery and will hopefully make a good recovery.

Excellent service.
We went on a bank holiday weekend as we were really worried about our cat's skin irritation and behaviour.
The whole process was helpful from the initial emergency phone call, to arriving at the centre.
The triage nurse, Francis, was amazing. She was so warm and reassuring. She advised us on the issues we experienced and the next steps to take. She really put our minds at rest.

The staff kind and listened.Lots of space for dogs in waiting area.Would like to have access to holistic treatment.

Outstanding service from first contact to leaving the surgery. Compassionate staff. Clear explanation from the vet & quick treatment. Could not have asked for better.

Vet Now were extremely friendly, acted very quickly when our dog had possible swallowed something dangerous and we were out of the hospital within the hour with our dog healthy and safe.

It was a really worrying time when our dog was poorly during the early hours of the morning. From the first phone call to Vets Now the staff were so helpful & re-assuring. The original lady who greeted us at the door (blue and dark hair) and got down to say hi to fizz made me feel more at ease straight away. The young vet (dark hair & glasses) was really gentle with fizz and explained everything so well. In a worrying time it made it a little easier with all the staff being so nice! Thank you for helping us!!

First class service for an emergency procedure

Like many, ooo emergencies is a nightmare we don't want to live through. However, on this occasion the worst happened to my cousin and her healthy 3 year old pregnant French Bulldog, Bella along with 3 pups who sadly died before being delivered and not forgetting one puppy who my cousin was told wasn't thriving and was giving a needle without the consent of my cousin.

After multiple to and from the practice, the first was being sent home with a puppy out of sack, stuck in the birth canal, told to return after 30 minutes if it didn't pass. Meanwhile, the vet staff were aware of the distance to and from my house, so there was no time for Bella to settle to even pass the pups. They are the medical experts but sent home a French Bulldog who evidently was having issues with birthing.

Bella paid the ultimate price and died a few hours after waking up from her c-section, not before nursing her remaining 3 puppies out of 7 for the first and last time.

OH and if you're thinking about extortionate prices look no further. Vet staff said she would need "paracetamol" come to find out in the aftermath that it was CALPOL and recommended 5 ml dosage. That's right, the exact same brand and dosage you would give to a 2 year old child, cost? £25 approx.

We welcome the cap and transparency of ALL vets displaying their prices.

We attended the Manchester branch, but it appears to be a chain issue so avoid this chain at all costs.

When you read this Vets Now Manchester, we've already opened an investigation.

Receptionists were very sympathetic, helpful and quick to get things processed. The reception area was clean, tidy and light. The triage team were knowledgeable and helpful. The follow up person Amy was amazing nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to assist us with understanding what to do and how to treat our pet with her condition. Arranging appointments and procedures between vets out of hours team and specialists.

The staff are always caring and the vets very professional and took great care of my pet I always feel happy going there than my vet just please we have insurance otherwise we may not be able to pay

very helpful over the phone, very helpful when we arrived. Responded to the needs of our dog straight away. Admin staff very friendly ,helpful and efficient.
Vet explained everything well.
