Vets Now provides this trusted service to more than 1000 veterinary practices across the UK — from over 60 dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. In total, we treat around 200,000 small animals every year — our highly-skilled team works hard throughout the night, weekends and Bank Holidays. Good experience
Charlotte was very good with us and our cockerpoo when we met her . Another vet took over bettys care who we didn’t meet but I spoke to on the phone and who was very good too . Betty came out a very different dog to the one that went in 24 hours before . Thank you Charlotte and all colleagues who looked after our very scared and very poorly Betty

Nicole was amazing
Nicole was amazing, so lovely, explained everything really thoroughly and her and the nurse were so lovely to Frank and us as we were very worried and upset. A fantastic vet, wish we could use her as our all time vet 5stars highly recommend
Frank was soo ill and couldn't stand apart from having some small head seizures now and then he can now jump onto our bed and sofa and is eating well . A big thankyou to Nicole and her nurse ❤️ xx

Excellent Service
The initial phone call was very informative, prepared us of costs and advised to take insurance details.The vet & receptionist were so friendly and helpful when our young dog ate a mouse & dealt with her immediately to retrieve it (could have been poisoned 😟) Explained everything I needed to do re claiming. Excellent, prompt service.

Great out of hours care
Efficient and friendly out of hours care on a Sunday for our elderly dog who hurt his eye.
The out of hours cost was high, but it was explained at the first phone call.
Wonderful vet Holly who was thorough, and explained everything clearly.
Overall, really good and I would use them again.

Went in late Saturday night/early…
Went in late Saturday night/early Sunday morning and the vet was very helpful and kept updating me. Only dropped 1 star as when we picked our pet up, the gentleman that was a vet wasn't very welcoming and didn't really want to speak to us even though he'd been looking after our pet. After 1 hours sleep, this made me feel worse and awful, there was no empathy from him. I get that it's OOH and your tired but I am paying your wages and I'm probably more tired and stressed than you are. Highly appreciated the ladies at the start! Thank you!

Examined our dog in out of hours, was very professional and caring, although the fee before even being seen is rather eye watering although we do appreciate it's out of hours and are gratefull for the service.

Total lack of compassion from the vet putting my 15-year-old dog to sleep.
I complained to the receptionist at the time and to their head office, and asked for a call back from the clinic manager. No one bothered to call.

Required out of hours emergency care…
Required out of hours emergency care for our greyhound. We were directed to Vets Now, North Hykeham. Who dealt with us extremely efficiently.
The only negative was the charge but hopefully with help from the admin side we will be able to claim the majority of this back through our insurance.
