It’s such a shame that it’s all about the money. I don’t mind paying for anything so long as it’s a fair price.
I think £318 is extortionate just to walk through the doors on a Sunday. And then to charge an administration fee of £25 to fill in the veterinary part of the insurance claim form. Which would have to be done anyway.
I felt that the vet that looked at my dog (I can’t even say treated my dog as she didn’t do anything) had Very little empathy, My dog had a massive seizure we were extremely upset and frightened as it had never happened before. I used to be a nurse & bedside manner care & compassion, we’re one of the first things taught.
It just seems veterinary care is all about the money now days - so sad
