Easy enough to find tickets of all different price ranges. Very smooth getting the tickets once they eventually came through. That would be my only drawback is it was just day before concert before... See more

Bruno Mars tickets
Very easy to use and got my tickets very fast and even got an upgrade for free and had a fab time seeing Bruno Mars.
Really great to find Viagogo

BTS tickets Madrid
I bought tickets for a sold out BTS show in Madrid and they were transferred to my ticketmaster account a few days ahead of the concert! There was no problem with it overall, we got inside the venue just fine. Thank you for this opportunity. ❤️
Bruno Mars Viagogo Tickets Reassurance
So for anyone that is worried buying tickets through viagogo please be assured. I was so nervous as I had spent a lot of money on these tickets and two days before the event I called viagogo who were very helpful and reassured me my tickets would arrive. They came through the Thursday before our Saturday show and they downloaded straight to my Ticketmaster app, when I got the tickets the QR code was moving but didn't when I downloaded to my Google wallet however I contacted ticket master and they said this was okay. Me and daughter got through the gates with no issues and would purchase through viagogo again.

Unclear booking fees at point of payment
So many hidden costs that are not made clear at the check out. I tried to purchase two tickets and the booking cost was £50 per ticket plus extra fees. These were not clearly shown when entering card details and if I had have had the money in my account, then the purchase would have gone through.
Fortunately, I only had transferred enough into the account for the cost of the 'Total' that Viagogo showed I would be paying. This was literally at the point of checkout when it is supposed to show you the full breakdown of extra fees.
I sold two Coldplay tickets for the…
I sold two Coldplay tickets for the Wembley Stadium concert on 6 September 2025 for a total of £300 through Viagogo. Instead of receiving the full amount, I received only £254.44, so I contacted customer support to understand why.
What has followed has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.
I have contacted Viagogo numerous times and have had to explain exactly the same issue over and over again. Every time I receive a reply, it comes from a different advisor who appears to have little or no knowledge of the previous correspondence.
Over the course of my case I have repeatedly been told that:
* My case has been escalated.
* My case has been re-escalated.
* The Payments Team is investigating.
* The relevant department is reviewing my case.
* The evidence I submitted has been received.
* A report has been raised.
* I should wait another 14 days.
* I will receive an update soon.
Despite all of these assurances, I still have no final resolution.
Even more frustrating is that I have received conflicting explanations. At one stage I was told the difference was due to currency conversion. Later I was informed that a report had to be raised because I had received £254.44 instead of £300. I have repeatedly had to explain the same payment discrepancy, provide the same information and resubmit evidence, only for my case to be passed to yet another team.
It feels like every response simply says the case has been escalated without anyone actually taking ownership or resolving it. Instead of progressing the matter, I am left in a cycle of repeating myself, waiting for another generic update and then explaining everything again to a different representative.
A customer should not have to chase the same issue for weeks, repeatedly explain the same facts, and receive multiple inconsistent responses just to understand why they have not received the expected payment.
I hope Viagogo reviews the way it manages customer support cases. Escalating a case should lead to a resolution, not another email asking the customer to wait while the issue is passed from one department to another.
Stress Levels Through The Roof .. Luke Combs 1/8/26
To be honest I have never felt so anxious in my life . Ordered tickets for Luke Combs. 2 days before concert I emailed them to say I was very concerned and could someone one call me back . Give them their due within 10 minutes I got a call back from a guy who reassured me all was still good and not to worry. As we were travelling quite a distance and time was running out we were very anxious. We kept an eye out for emails but nothing . We had got till 2pm on the day of the concert . We needed to set out at 12.30. at 12.00 noon my tickets arrived .. what a relief 🥵... I think Viagogo need to rethink their policy with regards to sellers, as these are the people who let them down . Why the seller waited for the day of the concert to transfer them I'll never know ... 🤔 But hey ho we had a great time 🤠 but I can honestly say I'll never use this service again it was way too stressful for me 😉
I paid 600 euros per ticket for Andreii…
I paid 600 euros per ticket for Andreii Bocelli in Italy one day after they were sold on vivatickets Italy. The 600 euro tickets were right at the front but my 600 ticket was right at the back stalls with poor visibility. HE WAS SO FAR AWAY WE COULD ONLY MAKE OUT HIS SHAPE. someone bought cheap tickets and sold them the following day for 600 euros each. NEver use viagogo!!!!
Avoid!!!!!
Short version - we didn’t get out tickets.
Long version - despite being assured repeatedly for 2 days that our tickets would be issued by 2pm on the day of the event, this did not happen.
We spent 5 hours and a considerable amount of money travelling to the venue, still going back and forth with agents being told tickets would delivered.
After requesting escalation to a manager for further investigation, we were told that the original seller had never transferred the tickets and that they couldn’t reach them by phone and that they would send the seller an email penalising them?!
Absolutely will never use this service again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
Travelled 5 hrs to London for a concert. Tickets never arrived. Called up customer service 10/15 times over the course of the day. Constantly fobbed off. Staff literally couldn’t care less. They actually told me at 1.30pm they couldn’t escalate it until 1pm, yes you heard right, they tried tellling me it was 12.30 when it was actually 1.30. Asked to speak to manager, sat on hold an hour, line then went dead so couldn’t speak to anyone. Called back multiple times again, completely fobbed off.
Waste of a weekend, waste of money, the worst customer service I’ve received in 36 years of being alive. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs.
We booked tickets to see Bruno Mars on…
We booked tickets to see Bruno Mars on 28th July, buying them back in February/March, and paid well over the odds for them. In the lead up to the concert, I received several emails saying our tickets would be available by 2pm on the day of the even. I spent the entire morning frantically checking for them. 2pm came and went, then I received an email saying the tickets were no longer available.
From that point on, I had to chase and chase Viagogo. There was no phone number to speak to anyone just an automated chatbot which was absolutely useless. We spent our entire journey to Wembley trying to sort the situation out instead of enjoying the excitement of the day. At one stage we were even told we might not receive any tickets at all and would have to request a refund. Eventually, we were offered replacement seats, but they were essentially audio-only with little to no view of the stage. This completely ruined what should have been an amazing experience.
The whole situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted a large part of our day, and left us feeling incredibly disappointed. To make matters worse, several people at the event told us never to use Viagogo because they’d had similar experiences and described it as basically a scam
I will never use Viagogo again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
Do not buy tickets from this company - AVOID!
Purchased tickets in September 2025 for my sister and I to see Take That at London Stadium in June 2026. It was a bit of an impulse buy and I was a little concerned when I realised that viagogo is a reseller. It turns out I was absolutely right to be worried!
In January 2026, I received an email informing that the tickets would be sent by mobile transfer in the week leading up to the concert. However, three days before the due date, no email or tickets had arrived. I contacted viagogo customer services and was told that the tickets would be sent at the latest 3 hours before the event start time or alternative tickets or a refund would be provided. When asked why the tickets that had already been paid for 9 months ago could not be sent before then, I was told this is most likely down to the venue not releasing the tickets; this did not seem very plausible to me.
As we had pre-booked accommodation which could be cancelled up to three days in advance, we very reluctantly decided not to risk travelling to the concert because we were not confident that the tickets would arrive in time, if at all. The representative from viagogo told me I could resell the tickets if they were no longer required but upon trying to do this, it was not possible as I had not physically received the tickets so this was factually incorrect advice.
On the day of the concert, the deadline for receiving the tickets came and went. I waited to receive notification from viagogo explaining what had happened but did not receive an email or alternative tickets - absolutely nothing! By 7pm, I contacted customer services to request a refund for non-supply of tickets and was told, in a very matter of fact way, that the refund would be reviewed and then actioned. When I asked why the tickets had not arrived and there had been no communication, I was simply told "based on our records, it appears the reseller was unable to fulfil the ticket delivery for your order. This may be why you did not receive the tickets or any further communication regarding them" – so is this an acceptable way to treat customers…? I think not!
All I can say is what an absolute joke of a company. After 9 months of waiting to see a concert that we were really looking forward to, this was a massive disappointment, not to mention the stress that it caused. I did get the money back (for the tickets only) about a week later, after chasing up, but to receive no communication for letting us down on the day, what an absolute disgrace! If we had risked travelling to the venue, not only would we have not been able to get in, but we would have been out of pocket for travel and accommodation costs as well. I wonder if viagogo would have refunded these as well? I very much doubt it.
I will NEVER use this company again and I would advise anyone else to steer clear.
This is without a doubt the worst…
This is without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered tickets three weeks ago I’ve been chasing and chasing and chasing for them stressed out my mind because I’ve laid out £1200 on flights hotels and taxes and the tickets have arrived this morning only hours before the event. I was really concerned. They weren’t coming. On top of that I was charged AU$1699 but the face value of the tickets was 399 Aussie dollars so I’ve almost 4 time the face value of the ticket to put me through this much pain. They say there courier say the ticket was delivered but there email said someone had to sign for them well I live alone and no ticket was delivered or signed for.I would never deal with this company again and I would tell everyone else to stay well clear they rob you and they lie to you and they leave you wondering if you’re gonna get the ticket when you contact them they say you have a guarantee. The guarantee is not worth anything because all it does is give you your money back because you haven’t got what you’ve paid for that doesn’t give anything towards all the associated costs where you’ve lost money. It seem quiet straightforward to me I never got the ticket so gurrantte money back but they are doing everything not to refund
I bought two tickets to the Bruno Mars…
I bought two tickets to the Bruno Mars concert on Viagogo. I was worried a little bit because I read some negative reviews about this website. But four days before the concert I got my tickets. It was my best concert ever. I highly recommend Viagogo for everyone.
Worst place ever to buy tickets
Worst place ever to buy tickets, buy 3 tickets from them, after I couldn't attend to the event and place the tickets for sale, which end up triplicating the sale, they charged me for those sales not being fulfilled, call them, they told me to follow the appeal that took 30 days for them to come back and say they will charge me anyway... disgusting how they abuse people, absolutely useless
Do not buy tickets from them
Do not buy tickets from them. Tickets did not come in time. Refused a refund. They shared our personal email with the seller without our permission. Spent hours on the phone with no resolution.
