Charged me for a ticket that never actually generated. A scam. Quite a thing to be standing outside the concert venue after having paid for a ticket and told you actually don't have a ticket. This should be shut down. No response from customer service via email, phone or AI.

where are my tickets? the emails says my tickets are ready, but your system wont allow me to claim them or to transfer them to my wallet. concert is Thursday and we are travelling from Melb to Syd the online chat is just an automated AI that puts you in a helpless loop of 'nothingness' with no results.. I bought 4 billie eilish tickets for melbourne in pit ! we showed up at 5am on the morning because we wanted a good spot if the tickets worked. All tickets worked and everything went very smoothly. Me and my friends knew viagogo was dodgy but turns out it worked great! We got barricade thanks to viagogo. As long as your tickets are able to be added to your wallet once they’re unlocked you should be perfectly fine!!!

Had a previous bad experience with this money hungry rip me off piece of trash . What surprised me when looking for tickets to my surprise VIAGOGO more like VIANOSHO grow a conscience you pricks must sleep well feeding off hardworking innocent folk .

I bought tickets to which they added an unexpectedly high service 'fee' of A$419.95. My friends then pulled out - and said, nahh - let's just resell.

I cannot resell. Their resell system won't allow a re-sale, as it wants proof of purchase. I can't get any proof, as I bought from them, and I don't own the tickets. There is no ownership, and no way to re-sell. (That seems illegal?)

Viagogo is only all auto-mated. They keep directing me back to using their simple resell button which doesn't work.

They won't cancel the order, or refund either.

SO hugely expensive tickets which won't be received until just before the event, can't re-sell, don't own yet (so maybe won't even arrive), and cannot discuss.

1000% the worst ticket marketplace on the planet, no refunds, no money back, you’ll get ur tickets 5 minutes prior to event. This is the worst place to buy tickets don’t ever buy from them.

Two separate incidents:

First incident:
Tickets were purchased, money were deducted, but the day of the concert, I noticed the order was cancelled. The money has not been transferred back to my account.

Second incident:
In the order summery they never mentioned anything about any fees, but when the receipt came, the fees were added and deducted from our account. Very misleading and we ended up paying more than 200 AUD extra. In both cases, there were no help in customer service at all.

Bought Dortmund BVB tickets. Sold us tickets to away area, stadium had to relocate us for our safety. Received the ticket late also on the day only 3 hours before kick-off and I only got them after contacting support.

I had an unauthorised transaction on my PAYPAL account. I contacted Viagogo and asked to have the money refunded. They refused. I have taken this up with authorities. Viagogo are nothing but scams and from what I can gather are nothing short of scalpers. You really need to change your policy. You'll be hearing from higher powers regarding illegal.tranactions on my account. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I read the reviews after my interaction with you and none of them are good. You're nothing but thieves.

I purchased 3 (overpriced) tickets for the guts tour in Melbourne for the Monday concert and it was a very smooth transaction, the tickets were transferred the next day into my ticketek account we had side view seats which were great in my opinion and it was very stress free. I did have doubts due to Reviews, even though they were expensive I’d definitely buy from them again 😁

I purchased a parking pass for
8-2-24 for Luke Combs concert .
I couldn't find the parking lot indicated on the receipt, no address. I asked bystanders near by and they had no idea of where this fabricated parking lot was located.

I bought 2 tickets from them for engilbert brisbane . I paid 279 for each ticket but when I received the ticket it was 129 each on actual tickets. When I called them they said third party can sell it more.
It is a fraud .

I ordered 4 bootball FCSB-Farul tickets.
Everything went perfect! No problems.
Even thow i have read very bad reviews... i had no problems. Tikets were good, even thow they didnt have my name on them.

I bought 2 tickets for Tom Odell concert at O2 Hydro Glasgow on 11th March 2024.
I bought tickets for what I thought was seating area.
Tickets received were for standing area and the charge levelled by Viagogo was not £92 for the 2 tickets but £274.14 when they added in shipping fee , VAT booking fee.Not sure how the company can legally justify such a mark up on price.
The tickets even said seats on them but told that as no details were provided of which seats it was meaning less information.
I regret not reading Trusthouse Reviews before I purchased and not taking screenshot of booking website.
I hope others have a better experience

Its a scam Booked Pink tickets for tonight in Adelaide and paid for them twelve months ago. For some naive reason I thought they were the official ticket sellers. I have not received valid tickets. They have sent me images of the original tickets with someone else's name on them. The original purchaser paid $171 and I was charged $441 per ticket. The link which was supposed to allow me to download the tickets into my ticketek wallet did not work. Many many hours have been spent on emails, phone calls and live internet chats and I never received valid tickets. They have lied continually, promising that they would fix the problem or return my money neither of which occurred. I have missed the show. My niece Alice who was a huge fan of Pink died a few years ago at the age of 27. Her mum, her sister and I were going in memory of her. I am so distressed and angry. These people were fined $7million by the ACCC in 2020 for deceptive conduct. Why are they still allowed to operate in Australia.

if I could give zero stars I would. Bought tickets for a show in 2022 when the event was in Feb 2024.
They promised me a refund as I did not receive the tickets even at beginning of Feb 2024.. then I received the tickets three days before the event with someone else's name on them and I paid 2x the amount.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

Theives guardian tells the story

Bought 2 over priced tickets to see Ocean Colour Scene in liverpool last night and, were told on arrival at the gig that people had already entered using the same two tickets . Dont buy tickets from this site they are resellers and pay a lot of money to be at the top of search engines for tickets .

Bought a ticket, the seller upload a lower resolution screenshot with a very blur bar code
The customer support says they cannot contact seller for this and keep repeating their "guarantee" to me

This company is a massive scam. They claim they emailed me the ticket one day before the event, however the email does not work. They then say they can not refund me but they can relist the "tickets" for sale one day before the event and if they sell I'll get my money back. Still no money back. Contacting bank and Australian Police.
