I bought tickets via Viagogo and then resold them when I decided I didn't want to go. Horrendous process to get the tickets to the buyer. I tried 3x to get help via Viagogo support. First person cut m... See more

No issues at all
I bought tickets to sombr using viagogo and it was a positive experience.
I received a couple of weeks before the concert and no issues on the night.
Having read lots of poor reviews I was very happy!!
Thieves
SHIT. Over priced tickets and in US $ for Australian event. Paid $119 aud (my fault didnt check the site properly) for nose bleed tickets. Once i realised what i had done with in hours and 6 days out from the game i tried to cancel and get refund. No refund just a ticket on sell. These guy are a filthy thieving company . Never ever use them.
My kids just saw LADY GAGA in Sydney…
My kids just saw LADY GAGA in Sydney and they were THRILLED with their tickets. I will admit waiting until 3 days before the concert to get them was nerve wracking but they came in time and my kids had a blast!!! 5 stars 🌟 I will definitely use them again.

I purchased Lady Gaga tickets and they were fraudulent. I am so angry and disappointed. Don’t buy tickets from this company.
Purchased Stereophonics tickets for…
Purchased Stereophonics tickets for Melbourne concert whereby the event was cancelled by the artist. Viagogo state that the event has been postponed which is incorrect and wont change the status to cancelled which allows them to withhold my refund.
I booked concert tickets on Viagogo…
I booked concert tickets on Viagogo about two weeks before the event. They promised I would receive the tickets 3 hours before the concert, but despite contacting their support multiple times for reassurance, the tickets never arrived.
On the day of the event, they offered me either a refund or downgraded tickets. I had no choice but to arrange my own tickets elsewhere, which I ended up getting cheaper and instantly. I asked for a refund, and they confirmed I would receive it within 3–4 business days.
It has now been 6 business days, and I still haven’t received anything.
The whole experience was stressful, unreliable, and unacceptable. I will never use Viagogo again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Their promises mean nothing, and their customer service keeps giving excuses.
What a rip off.
What a rip off.. Don't use!
Here is why i saying this..
The tickets that I brought were originally purchased for 211.25 per ticket including GST.
The viagogo price was 285.83 not including GST. Which I thought was fair as they have to make some money for the resale of the tickets.
Here is where things get interesting:
Viagogo then changed
Fees $203.48
Tax $20.35
Meaning the Total Price $795.49
Plus because the company is based outside of Australia I was changed international fee as well.
What a bunch of scumbags.
Don't use them.
Do not use the Viagogo site
Do not use the Viagogo site! Its a gamble, they take your money upfront after overcharging for tickets but you don't get your tickets! Do not use!!
Do not use this company
Was scammed for Fenerbache v Trabzonspor tickets . Over 400€ with no refund
Bad experience F1 Hungaroring tickets
We paied în advance for 3 adult tickets, and got 2 of them on limit...ok, thanks to their custom support. Then,
at the time we arrived at the event (Hungaroring F1), we had the shoking surprise to see 2/3 of them were listed as "child tickets " insted of "adult tickets", therefore we weren't allowed to enter the venue! 👎
Why charge people $101 handling fee per ticket. That is so wrong and ripping people off. This should not be allowed
It's all wrong for what they do. What a joke.
Viagogo wanted $78 for an AFL ticket…
Viagogo wanted $78 for an AFL ticket then at checkout then want to add a further $42 per ticket "Handling Fee" !!! No Deal.

You pay and they never deliver or…
You pay and they never deliver or refund. BIG SCAM! And the worse experience ever... 2 from 4 days of holiday blocked because they gave me also false hopes we will receive the tickets in the new adress in the country where we traveled for the concert..
At the end we had to buy tickets again from the queue and no news about the 553 euro for 2 tickets at Rema in Berlin. I have no idea how is this still legal but now that I know about this repetitive behaviour i would never use it again... it s becoming more abd more clear..also on chat GPT appear this informations that they have lot of law processes.
Their biggest protection is that my adress was incorrect but I can prove with my id card and passport that it wasnt wrong...
Warning
Warning: Do not purchase tickets from this site — you may never receive them.
We traveled all the way from Greece to Germany for the Billie Eilish concert in Cologne on May 30, 2025, at 20:00. We each paid €333 for our tickets and were told they would be sent via email.
Despite calling their U.S. customer service three times, we were always told the same thing: “Just wait a little longer.” Finally, at 20:30 — half an hour after the concert had already started — they sent us a message offering a refund as the only option.
Now, we’re left without the concert we traveled for and hoping we’ll at least get our money back.
I’ll update this review once I see how (or if) the refund goes.
Absolute SCAM of a website
Absolute SCAM of a website. DO NOT TRUST. Bought tickets to an AFL match in Sydney, flew interestate to attend, Never received tickets, impossible to make contact with anyone to resolve. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Scammed by Viagogo
Sold duplicate tickets (someone was already in our seats), then scammed us out of a refund. I'm not surprised Viagogo has such poor reviews. Consider going elsewhere if you value customer service.
They Sold My Tickets on the Day of the Event!
On 24th February I bought tickets for my self and my 8 year old Grandson, Cameron, to see The Harlem Globetrotters in Cardiff on Easter Sunday. This was to be a once-in-a- lifetime Grandfather/Grandson experience. The Harlem Globetrotters were my boyhood heroes and to be able to share this experience with Cameron was incredibly special to both of us. I bought the most expensive tickets in Row A (£240) so we wouldn't miss a thing. We were so excited for weeks. On Easter Sunday morning at 10.00 I received a message to tell me that the tickets had been sold. My Grandson (and I) were heartbroken. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually offered us alternative, much infereior tickets and some, inappropriate compensation or a full refund. Since it was now only hours before the event and I was desperate to see the Harlem Globetrotters with Cameron I reluctantly accepted the alternative seats. It turned out that we were on the level, several rows back from Row A with lots of tall people in front of us. Neither of us could see very much at all, only the heads of some of the tall basketball players. After 20 minutes, we gave up and went home, totally despondent. On Easter Monday I contacted Viagogo to complain and was told that what they had done was covered in their T&Cs and it was my fault for not reading them. I can't believe Viagogo can get away with such practices. I urge you to reconsider ever using them.
I’ve bought 2 tickets for Torville and…
I’ve bought 2 tickets for Torville and Dean on Sheffield this Saturday 19th. £407 still not received them may not be available until Saturday they say, they say they have no control on event tickets, I ordered tickets with ticket master for Olly Murs way back last year & had the tickets straight away, the concert isn’t until May this year , so come on Vianogo get your act together
Scam
Charged me for a ticket that never actually generated. A scam. Quite a thing to be standing outside the concert venue after having paid for a ticket and told you actually don't have a ticket. This should be shut down. No response from customer service via email, phone or AI.
