Ed Sheeran tickets purchase

Easy to purchase but I was not aware that this was a reseller site. Did not know whether I would get my tickets as the email sent initially said someone will meet me on the day. No way of contacting them as support is non existent. Glad I finally got my tickets email 2 weeks out with the tickets available 3 days before the show. The only reason for the 3 stars was there is no way to contact anyone to discuss the purchase esp as a first timer.

BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

BEWARE. I bought tickets for an event in Adelaide but they did not download onto my phone. Clicking on the button did nothing.
When we presented to the ticket office at the event we were told Viagogo were not authorized sellers for the event and they are scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The entire experience

The entire experience, encompassing the initial booking process through to the post-event follow-up, was exceptional.
The live performance by Matt Rife was phenomenal.

The service rendered via Viagogo was outstanding.

Uncertainty because of information on the offering side

Altgough there is guarantee mentioned by Viagogo, as a buyer I received pretty strange information about the offering side (seller). Latine Name of some company saying "from mistakes one must learn", address in Bruxeles with c/o USA. Concert was in Prague, but the Czech Post Code I was not able to enter. I used a valid German address, that worked. Now I received the tickets and they were ok. But the process did not give me much confidence. I guess there could be the way to verify both seller (profile, address, contacts, credit cards) and tickets (by the organizer of the concert). These informations ticked for the buyer would give some more confidence I guess.

Relisted tickets to be selled been…

Relisted tickets to be selled been saying pending for more than 6 days have contacted Customer service they said it’s normally.
Now my tickets have not been sold I’ve decided to take legal action again them as they have not offered me a refund for their huge mistake. Scam website

A great experience all around

The venue is well organised and we had a great view from our seats which were very comfortable. There are plenty of food and beverage choices and entry into the venue was very smooth while maintaining security.

My tickets I wished to sell are listed…Matt RIFE

My tickets I wished to sell are listed as pending. Have been now for almost two weeks. First time enquired, I was advised will take up to 72 hours. Again contacted after 4 days where French (staff member), suggested I open another account or go elsewhere. Show is today and still listed as pending.
Thankfully I went elsewhere. First time with Viagogo.
Definitely ViaNONO!!!!

What is to know.

Looking like a genuine company for ticket purchasing, I received a confirmation for tickets for a function in NZ in April with an Order ID and Paid NZ386.76 for general admission. It even had the photo of the event on the page when I went into order the tickets. I was due to receive a further email from them within 72 hours when I could track the order. This did not happen.
I sent a copy of the order to my friend in NZ who printed out the order. Then on her phone came up "This is a ticket resale platform. Tickets are not sold by Viagogo but by others. Viagogo is not an authorised seller for events in New Zealand. Viagogo cannot guarantee that tickets you purchase on this website will let you enter the event" This was not advised during purchase exercise.
Then I was told I would receive tickets on a download in the week leading up to the event!
I had to cancel credit card. The ACCC in 2020 fined them saying practices were unacceptable and said they misled the public.

Amazing experience

Viagogo was amazing - not only did we get amazing tickets to an incredible concert - they also ensured that the tickets would arrive in Australia before we left. They were in contact to support us throughout the entire process. Would definitely trust this site again. Thank you for an incredible K-pop experience which we will never forget!

SHOCKING customer service

I have used the company a few times but never needed their help with anything. This time however I have needed some help, it has been by the far the hardest company I have ever had to deal with and the customer service is potentially the worst I have ever come across. I will never use them again. Nothing has been solved and I still havnt solved the issue with my tickets.
