All was good except the fact that I received the tickets 1.5 hours after the doors opening which was very stressful.

I was nervous when my mobile tickets for Metallica in Athens hadn't arrived on the morning of the concert. I contacted Viagogo customer service and they were reassuring — they tracked my order and confirmed the tickets would arrive by 17:30. And they delivered exactly on time. At 17:30 I got a notification offering me alternative tickets with even better seats, and accepting them was literally one click. Smooth, stress-free, and they actually kept their promise. Great experience overall.

Everything OK, but (a) your messages are misleading, as there is a popup saying that the prices I see are the final prices, and then just before paying you add your fees and the tax and (2) your commissions are very high! For a ticket of about 160 euros, you added 70 euros of commissions!!!

I believe commition fees and taxes are quite High. Old prefer if you lowered them a bit. I payed like 30% on the above expenses and that is a lot. Other than that everyting was fine

I have just had the worst experience with customer service so please don't even try. I bought tickets with "good view" for Tori Amos at Falkoner Center (the concert is next week). The tickets I am provided now is row 39 - the last row in a big venue. I paid 1100kr for each ticket. And viagogo refuses to give me refund. They keep on repeating the same answer and it is frustrating. So please be aware and make sure that you are getting the tickets you are paying for on this platform.

Super easy purchase and very smooth process!

We ordered two tickets for the Slavia Praha - Sigma Olomouc on April 2026. When we tried to get into the stadium the ticket scanner got red and displayed that the tickets were used 15 minutes ago. We then contacted customer support and Josel was very helpful and found us new tickets, for the game in under 10 minutes and they were valid this time.
However it was disappointing that we missed some minutes at the start and the whole experience was negatively affected by the first failure to enter.

I thought I bought tickets to Gregory Porter on January 16.
The ticketS where not uploaded.
I was promised a full refund, via Viagogo Guarantee.
I have since then tried to get that refund, four times.
Same reult every time - "You will hear from us"
I never do.
Now I will report Viagogo to the police

Completely unprofessional and unreliable company. Everything looks fine when you place the order – but it’s all just a facade. You pay an overpriced amount for football tickets and naturally expect things to work.

We needed 4 tickets and have traveled 1000 km to watch this match. We’re staying in the city for 4 days, with this game as the absolute highlight – in fact, the only reason we’re going to Berlin.

And yet… we still don’t have the tickets.

First, they were supposed to be delivered by courier a week before. Then it changed to e-tickets no later than 5 days before. Now it’s suddenly up to 3 hours before kickoff?! 🤯

That is completely unacceptable. You’re left not knowing whether to be excited or to prepare for a completely wasted trip. This kind of uncertainty can genuinely ruin a vacation.

3 hours before kickoff?! That’s ridiculous.

Every other company delivers tickets well in advance – this is amateur-level and totally unacceptable.

Fuldstændig uprofessionelt og usikkert firma. Alt ser fint ud, når man bestiller – men det er ren facade. Man betaler en overpris for fodboldbilletter og forventer selvfølgelig, at tingene fungerer.

Vi skulle bruge 4 billetter og har rejst 1000 km for at se kampen. Vi er i byen i 4 dage, hvor hele turen er bygget op omkring denne kamp som højdepunkt – faktisk den eneste grund til, at vi tager til Berlin.

Men billetterne? Dem mangler vi stadig.

Først skulle de leveres med bud en uge før. Så blev det ændret til e-billetter senest 5 dage før. Nu hedder det pludselig SENEST 3 timer før kampstart?! 🤯

Det er simpelthen under al kritik. Man sidder tilbage og aner ikke, om man skal glæde sig eller forberede sig på, at hele turen er spildt. Den slags usikkerhed kan seriøst ødelægge en ferie.

Alle andre steder leverer billetter i god tid – det her er amatøragtigt og uacceptabelt.

Kan på ingen måde anbefales. Hold jer langt væk. 🚫⚽

I have bought tickets from viagogo 3 or 4 times and they never fail me. Yes they are priced higher than the normal prices of the original event tickets but you get them if you can afford them and since they now have payment with Klarna, it makes it even easier. That’s my go to place when I want tickets for sold out events. The download of the tickets was fairly easy and there were no problems whatsoever. I will probably use it again!

Quick and easy just wished you didn't have to print tickets. I prefer to put tickets in cell phone wallet.

I bought my ticket from Virgogo on the exact day of the match, and everything went perfectly. I was a bit nervous at first because it was last minute, but I received the tickets within about 30–60 minutes. I also got a confirmation email from the original account, which made me feel safe and confident.

At the stadium, everything worked without any problems. My seat was very good — close to the field — and I had a great view of the match. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The customer support was prompt and responsive. Vanessa specifically was incredibly helpful when I was needing support immediately.

I purchased two football tickets just four hours before the start of the match, and the price was excellent. I also contacted the helpline and received immediate assistance. I look forward to using this website again. Thank you, Viagogo.

It was an excellent experience buying a ticket to Benfica vs Braga on January 7, 2026. The expectacle was fabulous, besides my team having lost the game.

Horrible, horrible service and incompetent workers. We bought a ticket, that was never recieved through phone number, and all we wanted was for it to be sent over e-mail instead or another number. This resulted in total 7 hours calls, 20 useless emails, and beeing referred 15 times. In the end we were promised replacemet tickets and told to go the stadium. There we waited 2 hours until the game had started, and still no tickets and no employees that could tell us anything useful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased two tickets for €579 for seats on the long side of the stadium. When I arrived, the tickets turned out to be invalid. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Afterwards, I was sent two replacement tickets behind the goal worth €40 in total. I paid for premium long-side seats and received cheap, low-value tickets in return. This is a complete scam.

The lack of responsibility, transparency, and customer support is shocking. I expect a substantial refund immediately. Terrible service and extremely disappointing experience.

Scammers. They add last minute 50% of the ticket price.

They just stole 220 EUR. Never provided tickets or anything. Its now a case for the bank and police. Seriously dont use the site if you respect your hard earned money.
