Received the tickets to the concert in a timely manner. Everything is good.

Never got tickets, and didt get any help for several hours. Before they just refunded only tickets.

I got scamed, and got a fake ticikt. They write that you could contact service, but every time I tried I couldnt come through.
Would have given them 0 stars if it was possible. I DONT RECOMEND Viagogo! Choose somthing else insted

I was trying to book a ticket for a concert. The ticket was already overpriced comparing with the original price but that's a seller's think not Via gogo's. However, Via gogo mentions that the highest fee they will demand is 30% of the ticket's price. In my case their fee exceeded 40%. I was trying to get some answers from their customer support but all they send was that depending the event and the day, the fees vary.
P.S. the fee was almost the price of the original price ticket.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE unless you are willing to pay complete crazy overprice for your experience and risk that you dont even see the tickets! We have just payed 130% more for concert tickets then normal price because during the payment it does not state clearly how much extra you pay for fees and tax. Additionally, we dont even have the tickets and need to wait now until ONE WEEK before the event if we get them!!!!

Horrible Experience - Wrong Tickets, No Refund!

I had a terrible experience with Viagogo. I ordered tickets to FC Malaga stadium for an event, but what I received were the wrong tickets for kids only and 4 diffent places , completely useless for the event I intended to attend. To make matters worse, they took my money and have refused to issue a refund, even after acknowledging their mistake. This company is untrustworthy and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and avoid Viagogo at all costs!

Cheating is not a company I will ever get tickets from - The ticket cost 40 € and they took 98 € for a place we couldn’t see, but we got it when they charged the money - we have called written and tried to talk with them with no luck and we did not get any money back - I can definitely not recommend these people.🥵😡🤯🤬

NEVER trust this so called company, they lie, steal and cheat people out of money. I bought tickets from them (my own fault I know), then did some digging into the person I bought from, I found a lot of information about this person that was fraudulent. When I presented this information to Viagogo, they refused to give me my money back, even though their policy says they will. I am currently contacting the fraud department about this and am going to my bank to try and reverse the charge.

DO NOT trust these criminals. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!

I never received my ticket. On they last day they wrote my I will not receive my ticket. I got my money back, but I already flew to Germany for the concert.

Ordered two tickets for concerts in Japan. Marduk, picked up at 7-11 and Testament/Exodus, delivered to the hotel (physical ticket). Both flawless. Was kept updated during the whole process. Loved the feature that you can register the last day you will be available at home, after that date they will send the ticket to the hotel or another alternative address that you provide. Also, serial number of the ticket was fairly low (875/2000) so I got an excellent spot. Will use viagogo again.

Viagogo sold me overpriced tickets which arrived with different names and different positions to what I had paid for. One ticket was for a discounted female when the purchase was for two med. Stay away from this site.

Bought tickets to Coldplay. The date was changed so we could not attend. The only option from Viagogo was to sell tickets. We've recieved emails from them to say payment is due as they sold them on. However they just dont want to let go of the money. They've made every excuse under the sun. Now in dispute with credit card company. The latest problem is they have 'technical difficulties'. Absolute scammers, liars and robbers. Stay clear.

Don’t trust this site. Ordered and paid for Adult tickets to 100 at Edgbaston. Sent via mail 1x Adult and 1x Child ticket. Paid for 2 x Adults (£102) Arrived at venue and would have been refused access to venue as tickets were in someone else name and not ours as notified. We’re informed by ticket office to contact buyer to change tickets. (Unable to do so - Strange that?) However tickets were genuine which had QR code on ticket. Child ticket should have been £5.00
Adult ticket (£40) Therefore overcharged. (Rip off)
Would have been refused entry to 100. However we did get in as 2 x Adults just shown them QR code.
What’s happening is individual purchasing tickets on behalf of Viagogo and selling them on at a profit.
Disgraceful conduct…Dont use this site. You get messages from some foreign person in Switzerland.

Worst place to buy tkt ever, bought tkt for tomorrowland thst was postponed, never got my tkt sent home, can't print them on the page, they will not let you talk on the phone untill the event is 72hs away nor reply email, complete disaster

Never ever use this company 2 years it took me to get nearly 600 pounds to get my money back they wouldn't refund me for postponed event for lional richie just kept giving me other dates I only got my money back because lional cancelled this is a terrible company and way over charge you for tickets stat away from them

bought a ticket for football league. Price was five times than the original ticket. sent me tickets twice stating that the first one was invalid and won't work in the entrance. luckily, 2nd ticket works but the anxiousness you feel when you travel far and not even sure if the ticket will work. Costumer service are friendly though you would feel that they are just saying scipted thing and doesnt really know how to help.

can't even refund tickets, only resell. NEVER will buy in this sitre again and will surely tell everyone i know not to buy ticket here.

Have bought very expensive champions league football tickets. We were denied entry to the game as one of the 2 tickets was fake. Have complained to viagogo for 1+ month now with no resolution. Useless customer service.
