I bought tickets for the Basketball Barcelona olympiakos on 12/12/2025. Regretfully it was fake. Three hours before the match informed us that there was a problem with the tickets and they couldn't provide us with other tickets. Definitely they are not reliable at all. We travel from Greece to Barcelona special for this match.

Terrible service, huge fees and robot customer support.

Had some issues initially but contacted support and received tickets to Barcelona game ,was really in doubt but they worked without an issue.Hopefully they sort out their issues

This web is a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

They sell tickets almost as official but at 2-3x the original price. On top of that even if the real tickets are available for purchase, they don't even guarantee that you will get your tickets or any ticket at all.

If you find out later on they don't offer any cancellation or reimbursement.

They are probably constantly reselling the same tickets until they can get the best price for them and then cancel all lower bids.

I bought tickets for Hauser concert in Madrid 8 months ago. Including buying two flying tickets, paying for the apartment for 2 days. 3 days before concert (since I have not received my tickets yet), I sent an e-mail asking what was happening. I was told that my tickets were sold to another people. Although I said specificly I did not want to sell my tickets under any conditions. Literraly, the worst experience I have ever had.

I bought tickets to a concert in Madrid and they said the seller could not provide the original tickets, so viagogo offered alternate tickets of the same or better value and category, but they never show the prices of the new ones. When accepting the new tickets I found the replacement tickets they sent were worth half the price of what I paid for, and they did not want to refund the difference.

Avoid buying tickets from this company! Fake tickets and no guarantee!!

All rip off parasite company's like you can improve by shutting down

They charge almost 3 times the amount the ticket costs. I fully understand the concept of commission and all, but when a ticket officially costs €34.10 (which already includes €3.10 "distribution cost"), I cannot see how it becomes €83.04

I have sold tickets on your platform for 4 consecutive years.

This year, you have wrongly charged me not only once, but today twice for the reason "Buyer denied entry", 2 months after the festival took place. I have sent bracelets, and these were activated by the respective buyers. You have provided zero proof of the reason buyers were unable to enter the festival, even after requesting it in a previous dispute.

The order "617944084" you're trying to charge me for does not even appear in my list of orders.

Effective as of now:
1. I have blocked you as a merchant with my bank
2. I will not be using your platform again
3. If this continues, I will initiate legal action
4. I will be sharing this event with screenshots in every social media platform, to prevent more people to have go through your horrible customer service.

Shameless website! we purchased tickets for a concert after following the link, and without realising they charged us 3 times the amount, the tickets cost 50 euros and they charged 136, we had no idea it was a resale until afterwards and believed we were purchasing the tickets at face value. No way to get a refund, DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

We purchased tickets with seats in a grandstand to Italian F1 race in Monza 9 months ago. The day before the event after traveling to Italy from the US, they cancelled our tickets and then hours later asked if we wanted a refund or terrible GA tickets without a view of track or seats. They count on you accepting the lesser tickets and then say they refuse to give you a refund of the difference ( which was more than half )
We traveled all this way and had no choice but to take the crappy tickets. Worst company ever and should be shut down for racketeering, deceptive business practices and violating international credit card and banking laws.

I had paid a specific flight to assist to that concert in Berlin and 1 hour before the gig, when I am supposed to collect the tickets...a screen explaining me that the owner finally did not sell them...
Ok then let's claim the money back which I did straight away. But they are claiming I did not, not I actually used the tickets....Now it s back and forth and nothing will come out of it except that I will tell every single persons in my circle to never use that website.

On the first week of our holiday in Spain me and my dad noticed that a Valencia match was happening while we were over there. Overjoyed at the opportunity for a lads night out watching football we instantly attempted to book tickets. Unfortunately, we were having a hard time finding tickets through the club so we went to viagogo to obtain tickets where we sat together. After buying these “tickets” we went to Valencia for the day with the hopes that the football would be the highlight of the evening. Once we got to the ground we went to the stand and problems arose. The first one was that when we scanned our “tickets” it turned out someone had already used them to enter the stadium. We are absolutely fuming at that so we went to the ticket stand in order to sort this issue out. TURNS OUT THE TICKETS WERE COMPLETELY FAKE now to make this situation worse was that we didn’t speak Spanish finding this out was very difficult. This completely ruined our evening and caused us both to nearly end up in tears. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

I purchased BLACKPINK tickets for 9 Aug 2025 (Order 616972367) through Viagogo. The download link expired before I could access them. I contacted support immediately and was told that if the seller failed to reissue tickets on time, I would get replacements or a full refund under their “FanProtect Guarantee.”

No replacements were provided. By the time they responded, it was too late to attend the concert, leaving my 10-year-old daughter devastated. Despite clear proof and multiple follow-ups, Viagogo has not resolved the issue or refunded me.

Extremely disappointing service – no reliability, no accountability. I will be filing a chargeback and a complaint with Spanish consumer authorities.

We flew with my daughter to Barcelona to a concert of her dreams and unsuccessfully, the whole day, tried to download the ticket. Apparently, tickets were a scam. Were late to the concert, had to buy new tickets. Aweful experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Viagogo sold us Oasis tickets in October 24 for a concert in July 25. They took €800 from us. In the days leading up to the concert we still had not received the tickets. They claimed they were to be transferred from another reseller. This continued right up to one hour before and still no tickets. At that point they said it was out of their control and that we probably would not get the tickets. Effectively they sold tickets that did not exist or they were sold at a higher price to someone else. They kept €800 of our money for six months and although we did get a refund we did not get the interest they probably earned on our money. This company has zero integrity and we will never use them again.
