The booking process was perfect. It was a little expensive, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect. I was able to get the tickets faster than expected so I could give my birthday present. I recommend it... the only downside is that everything is in English.

Booking process went right, but you did not mentioned your service fee anywhere, just when it comes to pay.

I bought Tomorrowland ticket and everything went very smoothly, reading the reviews i knew it might be a lottery but for me it worked out! The seats were amazing! We had an unforgettable time, it was a unique concert!! My only issue is that I bought this tickets because vip parking was included, when we arrived to the venue, they didn't allowed us to get in because we needed a parking ticket😵‍💫, it was super hard to park.

It was my first time buying tickets with Viagogo so I was a bit reluctant.
But since the first moment everything seemed very professional to me. They kept me informed by email about my tickets and delivery info as well. Everything was accurate and went smoothly. Even during the festival time they emailed me to check if everything was going well. My personal experience was great!
Would buy again if I need :)

Purchase was easy and I received my tickets quickly, much sooner than I'd expected. On the day they were scanned at the gate and everything went smoothly.
I have to say though tahat I am a nervous person and have heard about people selling tickets multiple times and if this happens that the first one who gets to the gate is the one who gets into the concert. It would have been good to have more assurance that I was the only one with these tickets from Viagogo and concert tickets should have to be transferred so that this cannot happen. I was told that if the tickets didn't work that I would have to call them and they would find equivalent tickets or refund, which is good but it wouldn't alleviate the added expenses that I incurred for travel and my disappointment at missing the concert. I'm glad they worked but I was extremely stressed until the moment the tickets were scanned.
