Great job on full house removal.
The six guys did a great job. Lifted all day, dismantled and rebuilt with ease. No fuss when we were delayed getting the keys. Nice bunch of fellas. One van was a bit smaller so had to go back for a second visit for just a few remaining items, no real bother. Would definitely use again, and recommend to others.

Move went ok
Move went ok, but beware if you get involved in storage as part of the package. They use a reputable storage facility but charge excessive prices, much more than the storage company themselves charge. If you argue the cost they hold your goods to ransom. So make sure the storage contract is in your name and not via removals or you will lose any right to control access to your furniture.

We would like to apologise if you have felt this way.
We would like to clarify couple of things
1. We cannot find your name in any of our booking. The situation you are describing is to do with another customer called Beverley, who has already given us the feedback. We have tried to resolve the matter with her but she is not willing to accept any of our offers.
2. With regards to the storage prices, we are very competitive with our prices – Beverley did check the prices elsewhere (as she confirmed to us) and found our prices reasonable to go ahead.
3. Initially Beverley asked for storage on a short-term deal (2 months) and we offered the price we offer for short-term storage. Thereafter she started to extend the period of storage, and this is now 7th month and she is adamant that we should honour the same price as agreed in March 22.
4. As you are aware things/market has changed dramatically with inflation and high energy and fuel prices everyone has put their prices up. We cannot afford to offer the same prices as 6 months ago. But still we requested if we could meet up on a middle ground to which we are not getting any response.
5. We even offered partial refund on the move and we offered discount on the storage but met with no response.
We appreciate customers giving us feedback. However, in this situation it is not fair that 2 people leave feedback for the same thing.
We hope you will remove this review as Beverley has already left us a review to which we have responded.
