The move went OK but after agreeing a price for storage with no end date they told us it was only for 3 months and raised the amount by 65% then they said it was only for 2 months and wanted a 110% increase and they threatened to confiscate the furniture. They make it up as they go along and it seems the original price was just to get the business and they knew they would be putting it up. So we decided to move it to another location temporarily to cut the costs down but they increased the moving cost by 100% even knowing that it would have to be moved again once we found a new place. Very sneaky!!

IN REPLY to VIA's reply...the price agreed was for open ended storage and VIA were very effusive that they would maintain the price for as long as required. That turned out to be merely a marketing ploy and untrue. We moved in April, then were told of dramatic cost increase 2 months later - NOT 7 MONTHS - we moved ourselves to our home storage in August - 7 months is a lie. The MD did not try and contact us at all - we were never offered a refund - merely told to PAY UP EXTRA COST OR GET OUT. We paid all the extra's demanded as we had no choice - even when we had our own moving team there VIA made them put everything back until ALL their charges were paid. Our review is the absolute fact - this company is best avoided

We used via Removals In 2019 and chose to use them again when moving house this month with having a good experience last time.
We had an issue with our completion and ended up not getting the keys to our new property on the day that was originally planned. Which resulted in our belongings having to go into storage and the team bringing everything for us the following working day. This wasn’t an issue at all for them, I had direct contact with Kass the area manager who was really friendly and had no issue with our requests given they were so last minute!
Our actual removal team were great also, really efficient, on time, friendly, worked really hard and took care with all our belongings.
Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

They did an amazing job. Ashiq Safder did an AWESOME JOB my whole room plus furniture was all moved safely in the other house. Their availability was immediate. Really impressed with the team and the company. I recommend to everybody!

The removal team arrived on time, the guys were very professional and it was not long before they had carefully loaded up the van and were on the way to my new home 140 miles away. They put all my furniture and other belongings where I had asked them to. I am pleased to say every thing arrived safely. I would recommend them to anyone moving home. Thanks guys, you all did a brilliant job in my moving home.

Quick, professional and efficient. We rang these lads at 8pm Friday night to deliver a suite, it was with us for 10pm couldn’t recommend highly enough, delivery men and driver all really polite and do everything they can to make everything as easy as possible will defo use in future

Damo and Safraz did our removals today. With a slight miscommunication between me and the missus we ended up with just the two these amazing people to do our removals. On a very hot summers day they worked amazingly hard to get the job done. A job well done too considering the trying conditions. I apologised to them for the confusion. It doesn’t cease to amaze me to see such hard working individuals. Via Removals have been great for us too in the past.

I’ve just had 2 very large sofas moved for my parents . Removal man Damo was a very friendly person and did the job very well . Would recommend using this company

Fantastic service, we on time and explained everything to me in detail and the costs. Also very nice chaps who worked hard and got things done quickly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Used for both storage service and removals. Very happy with the service I received from start to finish. Movers were friendly and careful with my goods and Making storage payments weekly was easy. Also were very accommodating and understanding when I had to change removal date.

Worked hard, but sadly not very professional. Also damaged one of the walls as one of the workers was so tired. I will not be using again.
