Via Removals and Man With A Van Reviews 

We had an appointment at 10 am. They finally showed up at 02pm
They were ok. Not better than ok. Me and my friend moved most of it.
Not impressed by their organization and the commitment to the job.
But nowadays who’s committed anyway?!

Answer to viaremoval answer:
So of course you believe it’s not ok to let someone in the middle of a move but it’s ok to let the other one waiting 4 hours?! You’re out of your mind…
Your early customers decided to change their mind and you took the decision to accept it. With this decision you put me in trouble.

Regarding putting my friend at work… when I see 2 guys tired and not effective I take things in hands. Especially on an hour rate. Because your lack of efficiency cost ME money

But I got it, never your fault, never your responsibility but at the end of the day you didn’t do a nice job and that’s fact.

You made the schedule, you gave a time and you were 4 hours late. What means that my entire day was destroyed and you increased a already very stressful day

It’s just fair to let other people know how you work and that at the end of the day, you’re more effective answering reviews online than being on time and helping customers 😉

Via Removals we’re excellent. The guys were careful with our items. They were hard working and efficient. They made the whole moving day stress free. I would highly recommend them.

We had an upright piano and 2 huge sofas removed. The 2 chaps arrived at the time they said they would. They worked so fast moving the items with ease. Very efficient , professional and very polite. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant job from the lads yesterday moving us to our new house, turned up prompt, loaded up the van with care, waited patiently for ages for the solicitors to get a move on and did more than what was asked for, highly recommend this company, thanks again.

The gang of operatives were professional, polite, respectful and friendly. My house move was from two pick ups and the transfer of my items to my new property was streamlined and slick. Kas provided the correct number of trucks and to put a sugar coating the cost was acceptable.

I have never dealt with such a professional company until today. Kaz and his team came to my rescue after the removal company I had booked in for my house move let me down on removal day. I rang before 9am explaining I had been let down and got a call back within 10 minutes confirming 3 removal men would be dealing with my house move. They arrived at the time I was told to expect them and nothing was too much trouble for them. The removal men were all really polite and friendly. They were excellent and put everything in all the rooms I asked them to when they arrived at my new home. I will for ever be indebted to them. Thank you for the amazing service.
