Via Removals and Man With A Van Reviews 

Called up on the day after a really stressful two days of moving out and after sending him picture of what needed throwing away, they were able to quote and be with me about an hour later! The guys were great with the fact I had a dog and checked before going into each room that he couldn’t get out the front!
Very happy and will be using them again!

Via did me a quote via video call and then put up with us constantly moving dates because our house sale fell through and our new sale took a long time. They were approachable and flexible.

On the day they turned up first thing and got almost our entire house loaded up within 2.5 hours.

Sadly the van wasn't quite big enough. They were going to do a second trip to get the rest of the stuff, but actually managed to find a second van in the early afternoon for us and go back for the second load.

At the other end, unloading was really efficient and they put everything where we wanted it and managed some tricky maneuvers. They also sent another 3 guys to get the job finished move quickly.

Via were really approachable, flexible and did a great job on the day. Always easy to get in touch with. The flexibility was really important for us - so many others charged so many random surcharges. Via made it simple.

We are a commercial marketing firm and required moving from Ribchester to Hope Park offices, Bradford. We recieved 3 quotes for the move. We were quoted 1900 for an office move plus transport obviously. We have been asked to review the company. Initial call for quotation was brilliant. Not speaking to a call centre or lead generators. This is a field we understand in the busines world. Direct contact with a gentleman called Kess, lovely fella who explained the move and the price. After this we called back after careful review to book the job in. Won for us on direct communication and being polite and decent. 3 gentlemen turned up to do the job. Explained what was needed to move and went ahead and did just that. New office keys and door code explained..no headache...no stress...no problems...paid 2000 as extra for a well done. And cannot see how a job like this took only 7 hours from start to finish moving 14 people desks and 2 laser printers! Top lads, hard workers. Lovely firm. Thanks and would definitely recommend.

They have the worst services ever. I called them on the 19th and I spoke with them and they give me a fixed price of £80 for 2 man and one hour. The next day they came at 10am and start arguing with my mom asking her for £160 instead, and they stopped even removing the furniture, my mom and brother started to remove them downstairs. Then I went and spoke with them, asking why you give me a fixed price yesterday and today you are changing your mind, he got angry and started to throw the things down and just broke the things. I called the manger and he was rude too. But I called the police anyways and they will deal with them.

This company is not recommended at alllllll.

Oh so then your staff throw our things and break it, is that how they should act?

And now you saying language barrier, I’m the one that spoke with you yesterday and you have gave me a fixed price. And when I told you today I called the police you told me it’s nothing to do with the company it’s the staff who acted that way. Well you should know that you are responsible for the staff too.
And please yes send me the call recording for yesterday and today. So that I give it to the police.

And if you are talking about honesty, you should be honest first. Because every single words I said is the truth. You was being Sarcastic with me when I called you.

And you should as well fix the things that they have broken.

The team were very helpful and polite and they did a great job and took all the contents of our home into storage. When we found our new home they did the same excellent work in reverse, and even plumbed our washing machine in for us. They deserve top marks. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We used via removal company for our recent home move. They were very professional since the first conversation I had with them. Most companies ask for upto 6 weeks notice for removal. Via Removals are very flexible. They were ideal for our circumstances. They transported our belongings with great care. They unpacked everything very carefully and placed everything as per our instructions. They were respectful of the house and made sure the house was clean after the job was completed. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

I reached out to Via Removals very close to the move out date. Kass responded to my request and called me even though it was late in the evening. He went through my requirements and provided me with a very reasonable quote. I was very stressed as I didn’t have any movers 2 days before the completion date but Kass provided me the assurance that they would be able to accommodate me and would help with move in exactly the way I wanted.
