Using Viator to find nice things to do in Mongolia was very easy, convenient, and at a good price. The two "must-see" we selected added a valuable experience to our first time in Ulaanbaantar. Also, it was easy to connect with our guide prior to make sure we were prepared for our trip.

Excellent site
Easy to find the right tour for us. Easy to book. We like very much that any booking can be cancelled later on end then rebooked. That gives a lot of freedom to put together the right itinerary.

A wonderful trip to the Mindo Cloud…
A wonderful trip to the Mindo Cloud Forest which also included a trip to the equator, chocolate making and a coffee plantation. We saw innumerable hummingbirds, several types of toucan and many other animals and birds. The guides were knowledgeable and dedicated. We were out from early in the morning until the evening and covered much more than we had expected.

No support from Viator when dealing with bad operators
Tried all day to contact tour operator to make changes and ask questions about a booked tour to Montserrat in Catalonia. Zero communication. I used their online communication portal. Zero communication. I had to call them directly then be told that any changes need to be made in-person + an additional charge. Unacceptable.

Our guide was amazing
Our guide was amazing. A little problem was we were scheduled for 3:00 tour with skip the line, but was told we were on a 3:30 tour . No problem but because 4 people had some kind of problem with their ticket we waited for over a half an hour to get to the tour which why bother to have skip the line. Watching all the people go ahead of us was disappointing after we paid for that amenity.
