Great service. The game arrived a day before it was due to be released.
I will be using this company again.

I was used to buy all my games from Amazon, mostly for the one day delivery.
The first item I ordered from VideoGame Box came the next day and I am very satisfied with that.
I didn't dealt with CS because I had no issues but I can only hope they are as good as their delivery time.

Placed a pre-order with them for Watch Dogs on 22nd May. Received mailshot stating all orders had shipped, but mine showing as processing. Queried this with VGB and was told it had despatched and when I told them that I'd not received the despatch email, was told it was probably in my junk mail and that they'd resend it.
Despatch mail received on 28th, item received on 29th. Postmark on the package was the 28th. According to VGB it was Royal Mail at fault. and have said they are investigating but still no response.

Cheap new release arrived on time, I will use again.

I made an order a few days before the release date, not only was it posted the same day, I got it the next day 2 days before release and at a good price.

Its nice to play a game without multiplayer being the focase. Great graphics, Game play & Story which has alot of hidden extras.

Also i would like to say that Video Game Box has really good prices and good customer service, this was the 1st time i bought & pre-ordered of the site, the game came on release day. Seems like a very good Company in the making.

Pre ordered a ps4 Game from Video Game box that was 10 pounds cheaper than anywhere else. Game arrived through my letter box the day of launch. Very happy with the service + price and will defo use them again.

Great prices on Xbox codes, codes always arrive within a matter of minutes - the longest I had to wait was about 40 minutes and I'd made the order at 11pm, so you can't really grumble at that. Excellent service.
