Bought this as a download code, came through instantly. Very happy with video game box will definitely use again 5*

I pre ordered a PS3 game, which was oddly missing from major sites line ups, from VideoGameBox. I even got a discount for liking their Facebook page!

The game arrived in great time, well packaged and exactly as I had ordered.

This was my first order with them, but I don't think it'll be my last! Look forward to using them again.

I have never used video game box before but i found them to be the cheapest anywhere online for a game i was after my game came the day before the release date too which is a added bonus :)

They are the cheapest by far and the service is fantastic, i ordered at 10pm on a friday and got my code the following morning, i didnt expect to see it till monday, many thanks i will be using you in the future for sure.

Video Game Box have fairly good prices and I found their delivery times to be excellent. I wouldn't have any issues with ordering from them again, especially considering how decent their rewards programme is.

The order didn't initially come for around 10 days, but after contacting the company they explained how the postal service doesn't declare anything missing until after 15 days, therefore I should wait and get back to them on the 15th working day. The item never arrived and so I emailed them and they told me they had already sent a replacement first class which arrived the next day. Despite the delay, this was no fault of there's and the brilliant response and low prices make them worthwhile for most video games,

my first order just arrived and I only ordered it yesterday morning! Very pleased with the speed of delivery and the price too! The guy emailed me the codes for the free DLC with the game, which didn't work so when I replied he promptly sent me working ones! Thanks very much!

I ordered a lego set in November 2014 for £99.80. It never turned up and after several attempts to contact customer services they finally came back saying it was lost in the post and that a replacement would be sent. Then after more chasing it was out of stock. Now after 3 months of chasing and many promises of a refund I have receive NOTHING. I have now contacted Trading Standards in order to get my money back. They promised at least 4 times that the refund has been issued each time telling me to allow 2-5 days for it to show up. Each time I have contacted them they have not responded until my emails got more irate. I have never had an immediate response. The system always seemed to be 'glitching' when I contact them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE: I eventually got my money back by getting my bank to do a retail claimback.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for putting up with my troublesome order!

I would say to people complaining about refunds taking a longer than 5 days that I asked my bank and they can take up to 14 days (god knows why).

Again I want to say thank you and sorry for all the trouble my order was!

The prices aren't the best, but they ship every item very fast, and delivery and packaging was great too. I'd recommend and will buy there again.

Bought, paid and delivered in under 48 hours even though delivery was free! Amazon could learn a few things from these guys. Best price online too by a long shot, will definitely be using again.

just ordered my 1st game through them seemed easy enough.

used the chat window to make sure i could get code tonight and the guy made sure i could.

ordered via paypal code was with me within 5mins so game already being downloaded

will deffo consider using again as the price was great and service was excellent

The quality of the product was Pretty good and it came quick

I ordered a game for my son on the 15th December Which to date 31st Jan still hasn't arrived. I sent lots of emails which where finally answered to which the guy said he would fix the problem by sending another which never came either so I emailed back asking for a refund but surprise surprise no one answered. I'm so upset and disappointed.

*** Update. 10/3/15 Game still hadn't arrived and company havent contacted me after my last email on 4/3/15. This company is a joke and try to make you feel that you are lying to them. I'm disgusted
