Avoid at all costs, if you have any issue they will never help you out…. Worst experience ever and very rude people. Yes you have it I bought long ago… December not even a response since then… my baby girl of 3 months (now 7 months) is still waiting for that 700$ drier to work out.. and you know that

we would like to clarify what actually happened.
The order refers to the Candy CRO4 H7A2TBE-S washer dryer – code 31102870 Smart Pro, purchased on 06/12/2025. Already on December 23, 2025, you published the first of three negative reviews on Trustpilot regarding the same issue.
Despite this, our sales department immediately took action to assist you: 21 emails were sent to you (the last one on March 10, 2026 at 16:23) in an attempt to find a solution. Unfortunately, in most cases we did not receive any response from you.
After several attempts, we nevertheless managed to obtain authorization from Candy for a possible product replacement. However, during the inspection carried out by the Candy technician, it was confirmed that the problem was exclusively due to improper use, as the dryer had been installed and left outdoors without any protection from weather conditions or rain.
As stated in the manufacturer’s terms, this type of use automatically voids the warranty.

Oven failed after 7 mins of use
Oven failed after 7 mins of use. Vieffetrade are telling me that I need to prove it was installed correctly. It’s a plug in oven, and you can see where the heating element has cracked. The oven never got hot enough to even give the bracket a patina. Such a shame this is their attitude. Be warned.

As already explained to you, the delivered oven Siemens HB578GES3 iQ500 is brand new from the factory and covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of any malfunction, the correct procedure is for the customer to contact us through the usual channels (phone, email, or chat) so that we can intervene immediately. Vieffetrade always provides assistance by activating, if necessary, an authorized Siemens technician, or by offering the solutions provided by law, such as the right of withdrawal or product replacement.
We have already contacted you to handle the matter as quickly as possible. We are awaiting your reply by email to let us know which solution you prefer.

Fantastic company with excellent customer service, great product range and very good prices. I used this company twice. First to order a Franke kitchen sink and tap which I couldn't find in UK. Found exactly what I wanted on Vieffetrade web-site, at a good price and it was shipped from Italy to UK, no problems, and no issues with customs.
Three months later I received an email from Vieffetrade advertising their winter sale. This was perfect timing because I was renovating my little apartment in Vienna and I needed everything for the kitchen. I always like Barazza design and Vieffetrade had nearly everything I wanted. Vieffetrade answered my questions about product compatibility and I ordered an oven, hob, sink, tap, and even Fridge/Freezer for shipment from Italy to Vienna. For a small extra amount they can deliver at the date and time we request to make sure the builders are on site. And the best thing is, I did all this while I was working in Asia. It was so easy to manage and coordinate everything.
Vieffetrade is very responsive to Chat, Whatsapp and email. I highly recommend this company.

Great Service to the UK
Being based in the UK I was very sceptical about using this company. However, from start to finish the service has been excellent. Prompt replies to my initial enquiries (thank you Elisa) and having placed the order I was kept fully up to date. I paid for the enhanced packaging which I think was a good idea and product arrived in perfect condition, ahead of schedule. Now installed and working as expected. Easy purchase, Nightmare product.
Thanks for asking for the feedback.
The overall process of ordering, purchase and delivery was very smooth and hassle free.
However on the first day of using the product and by a simple push on the dialling button, it broke off which I can only attribute it to a manufacturer faulty piece.
To my greatest surprise, AEG claims they don’t support a global warranty process and since I have brought the product to Sydney, Australia, AEG Australia is not willing to support a repair process
So I basically left with a product that I purchased in Europe, moved it half the world to Australia and broken down on the first day of use and no one wants to take responsibility.
I wish Vieffetrade had a way of supporting global customers stuck in the bureaucracy of the giant international brands.
