Poor service, not reliable to ship on time and provide tracking details.
I ordered a week ago and were told I'd receive "shortly" tracking details.
I still have not received it. Given delivery timings, it means the product'll arrive far after what was indicated and what I need.

Given the size and nature of the refrigerator, we organized a specialized delivery to ensure safe transport. You have been provided with a tracking number to monitor the shipment, which we can confirm was seen on November 9, 2024 at 14:32:44.
We made several attempts to contact you via and -mail, chat and telephone, but unfortunately we have not been able to reach you.
We are pleased to inform you that the product was successfully delivered on November 19, 2024.

Well, I was hesitant to place the order for the Samsung Airdresser being a bulky expensive item. I worried as this was my first order with Vieffetrade .
