I've found this company online looking for Samsung soundbars that where unavailable in Samsung's Official Store. The price was bigger than in Samsung Store, but need it them quickly for some projects, so the delivery term was the most important. I've made 3 purchases from Vieffetrade, total of 18 pcs. Generally everything was OK. Please pay attention that the date they indicate when ordering on their website refers to shipping date and not delivery date. Delivery to Poland was a bit longer than I expected - it took 10 days or 8 business days.

All ok. I did wanted to return my sink, because i made a mistake at measurements, but it was after a period of 14 days, which ment that it was not possible anymoore. I still recommend the site for purchases. Quality is good. And they offer support.

Franke sink - Excellent product & customer service
I needed a Franke sink by a particular date and couldn’t find a UK supplier to help.
Having read the Trustpilot reviews I went ahead and ordered from Vieffetrade and was not disappointed. I received prompt responses each time I contacted customer services. Receiving a photo of the items just prior to despatch was helpful. DHL must have split the packages. The customer service team sorted it and missing item was delivered promptly.
Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and even with increased shipping costs I paid less than I would from a UK supplier.

Recently bought a Smeg microwave from this company. As we wanted a black one and were unable to find a company in the UK we used Vieffetrade which came up via a google search. The process from start to finish was excellent and communicated when the item was on delay. The microwave reached us in excellent condition and had been sent on a pallet with photos of how it had been sent and instructions to refuse if any different. Some UK retails could take note of their customer service
