Wanted a Franke Fragranite sink in a colour not available in the UK. Fantastic communications on chat, email and phone. Everything positive from start to finish and received the sink well ahead of ETA via DHL, very well-packed on a pallet. Even with carriage and insurance, was less expensive than the sink would have been in the UK, had colour been available in UK.
Vieffetrade is a benchmark against which others should be measured.

Galvamet SILENZIO 90 INOX
I wasn't 100% convinced about ordering large kitchen appliances from abroad but not finding the same cooker hood anywhere else (at least for such a good price), I decided to give it a go.
Placing an order and payment was brief.
After placing an order i was informed by email about details. I was given an estimates time of delivery and when my order shipped I was provided with a tracking number.
The Galvamet SILENZIO 90 INOX cooker hood was delivered on a pallet.
I can 100% recommend Vieffetrade to everyone and I know I will order from them again!

I wasn't 100% convinced about ordering large kitchen appliances from abroad but other people's opinions, professional webpage and really good prices made me try.
After placing an order i was informed about each step of it by email. I was given an estimates time of delivery and when my order shipped i was provided with a tracking number and pictures (!!!) of my appliance securely packed on a pallet. My order was shipped before the estimated date and delivered ahead of the ETA which was a great surprise! (again it all was communicated to me via email).
The Elica Stripe cooker hood was delivered on a pallet (as per provided pictures) in perfect condition (which was my biggest worry).
I can 100% recommend Vieffetrade to everyone and i know I will order from them again!
