Great value boiler. Very happy with it's performance for the hot water but I'm unable to comment on the central heating as it's the middle of May so have not had chance to try out fully. Overall nice compact boiler that delivers without breaking the bank.

We had a Viessmann vitodens 050-w boiler installed by a local company Mr Therm. The boiler is of excellent quality and is working very well. It was installed by two very nice skilled men (Andy and Alfie) ,I would recommend this company to anyone for a new boiler installation.

The Viessmann 050 boiler has been absolutely outstanding from day one. It delivers excellent heating performance and constant hot water while running quietly and efficiently. The controls are simple to use, and the whole system feels extremely well engineered and reliable.

The service and support have also been first class, giving real peace of mind. One of the biggest advantages is the superb 10-year warranty, which shows genuine confidence in the quality and durability of the boiler. Overall, the Viessmann 050 offers exceptional value, reliability, and performance, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable domestic boiler.

The survey to install my Combi Gas Boiler was conducted by Mr. Stewart Hopkins. He was very thorough and honest. He explained everything we needed to know about the installation of a new Gas Boiler. He offered us a date for the installation and, we paid a 10% deposit. On the date for installation, the Engineer, Mr Andrew Campbell was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and particular with installation details. After installation, he spent time with us to explain everything we needed to know about operation of the Combi Gas Boiler. His team tidied up after the work was completed. They removed the broken old system gas boiler, the pump system and the valves. Mr Andrew Campbell and his team are head and shoulder above the rest. They are true pride of Britain.

So far so good, I had to contact tech support to change the time on the boiler clock but this was done very quickly

Perhaps not many people have heard about veissman boilers.Before a choice is made on your next puchase. Please read about the company. My first boiler was a vitodens 100 which lasted 16 years and was very reliable.Through that experience I decided to renew with another. This time the vitodens 50 which is adequate for my 3 bed semi. As it has just been installed I cannot comment on its reliability, having a ten year warranty is a good indicator of the companies trust with there engineering. I am a confident with my purchase.

Josh was awesome! We booked a fix and repair and he phoned in advance to confirm the appointment. Immediately spotted the issue on arrival and was confident he could fix what appeared to be a a boiler completely saturated with water internally. We have a busy household but he integrated in with the family fabulously whilst going about his job. He is an absolute credit to him company and I would highly recommend the fix and repair service that was provided today. Brilliant!!! I’m now going to book an annual service with Viessmann too.

The installation instructions are far to complicated and fail to highlight some basic things and installer needs to know. My installer found it frustrating that their was no instructions telling us that the heating close loop system temperature can not be adjusted and is set to 40C degrees.
As the consumer I found it frustrating that their was no user manual for the wall mounted thermostat. Downloading it from the Viessmann site was difficult. All in all I think the documentation was probably written by lawyers concerned about lawsuits. Very poor documents.

Charles Bickham Plumbing and Heating were great at getting a quote back to me so quickly. This was competitive and great value for money. Then the work carried out was swift and to a very high standard.

Irfaan was with us over 3 hours to carry out extensive replacement and installation work on our Vitodens 111 boiler after it became clogged with old radiator debris. He's very knowledgeable, super friendly and really helpful. He talked through exactly what he was doing, was very thorough, and gave us solid advice on maintenance and operation. He went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. A top chap.

Early days but pleased with the look, functionality and quiet operation
Intuitive controls and a simple to use top up system add user friendlyness to German engineering
12 years warranty not the best but still very good

My main point was the cost the installation was quick and clean

I liked the extra 5kw i get. the shower is better. The letdown for me is the over complicated app (IMHO) Which i feel is poor. There is no facility to (0ne touch) have an +1 hour boost enabiling the heating to come on outside of the timed schedual. I found this really handy and was available on much older systems. Yes id recommend the viessmann but i would also say shop around! Alex from Mckenzie Heating Services was the installer and professional as always.

Craig Spiller was extremely efficient, courteous, and helpful and completed the job quickly and without any mess.

Vitocal 150-a is a high spec system, and well installed it certainly delivers heat well to the CH & DHW systems. The 10kW model is twin-fan, yet is very quiet. The EDU and IDU look good too.

Top quality installation work by Craig & Dan; professional yet friendly; efficient and quick, but took time to set and explain controls. Very satisfied.
