Vignetics scam
I ordered a vignette via this company ( vignetics.com) on August 1st and it has still not arrived. It was required by this week and was ordered well in advance. According to the website it should have arrived weeks ago.
A subsequent email from P Bouman, Customer Support, at Vignetics relating to the failure of the company to supply the item simply stated that the item had been shipped on 1 August, five weeks ago. I can only take the company’s word for the fact it was shipped as no proof of postage/shipping was supplied. I have therefore no means of tracking the item.
For an item of this cost it should have been recorded or at least registered delivery. I have read several posts subsequently which suggest the company is operating a scam and it does appear from my experience, and that of others, that this is indeed the case. No refund was offered.
