I got a shoe from them for my special…

I got a shoe from them for my special need child which was too big eventhough I sent the measurment. I spoke to this lady called Monica who placed the order for me and told her it was too big. She then offered me to refund the money or get an exchange, I chose the 2nd option but I haven't heard from her since. I've called her several times left messages but no luck. I tried her with my daughter's no she called my daughter back but unfortunately my daughter was at school. I am just left with a shoe that doesn't fit!!!

We offered the client a different model of shoes, orthopedic sneakers in a grey color.

We would like to to clarify that we can only exchange when we receive the return of shoes.

 After we received the return of the shoes from the client, we sent a different model.

The client received shoes.
