Avoid that shop
I've received shoes which were too small. I've returned them back to the shop and asked for replacement. I've to paid for return label. I've never received replacement. Now they are not answering my phone calls and they are not responding to my emails. I've spent nearly 90£ for 2 pairs of shoes which I never received. AVOID THIS PLACE

Still waiting for a reply to shipping information request from nearly a month ago. It is very standard to provide this information without customers needing to ask--and definitely after they contact you via your various email addresses. I'm in the retail business as well and I can't imagine doing this...and still expect happy customers.

Quick delivery, good quality for the money and quick refund after returning (brought different sizes) Will definitely buy again. Amazing that my little boy can have orthotic sandals when it gets really hot (can only get boots on NHS)
