Dan Chambers did a brilliant job fixing my boiler — really friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. He got it sorted quickly and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend!

I am extremely happy with the recent boiler installation I received. The booking process was very easy, and Aeva in the office was incredibly helpful and efficient in scheduling my job as I have a disabled child who spends a lot of time at home!

We had an engineer come to our house today who was called Maddison, from Village Heating Company. What a lady she was, she went above and beyond for us.

I was very impressed with her honesty, respectful attitude, polite and willingness to help us out.
It is still an ongoing process so hopefully she will be back to complete all the jobs that need doing.
Maddison was here for some time as it’s a big job for her to do. Bless her she done amazing, Highly recommend. 😊

Our water tank needed to be changed. A week after their visit we received a phone call telling that it will be ready to be installed the following week. Maddison arrived on the day they said,checked everything and done job properly. Kind and friendly and explained us everything we asked about. When job finished she made sure she checked everything and cleaned the area. Great communication from start to finish and great service. Well done Village heating.
