Don't bother

Got a £75 voucher from Saga Insurance which sounded like a good deal. Signed up for a Welcome case which had £20 off as a new customer -- but couldn't find anywhere to enter the £75 voucher code. FAQ said I needed the code 'and a password'. What? And I guess with the £20 already off, the case wouldn't qualify for an additional discount. Really not clear and not helpful.
Gave up in disgust. Will go back to Laithwaites if we need some nice wine in future.

Bad representation for "Saga"

Just returned from a Saga Cruise & had a fantastic Holiday. So good, on our return we have booked another Cruise with Saga. Before we cruised we were contacted via email by "Vintage By Saga" with an introductory offer to buy 4 bottles of wine for £15.96 which we accepted.
We thought what a lovely gesture, just before we were going on our Saga Cruise we were being offered discounted wine to welcome us on board.
Since returning we have had delivered 4 more bottles of wine and have had £44.95, taken out of our Bank account, without our knowledge. We have phoned Vintage by Saga for an explanation today, incidentally seven times our call was disconnected after being put on hold ! !
In our opinion the level of service from "Vintage by Saga" is a million miles away from our experience with Saga Cruises which we have to say was faultless.

Only try to sell not deal with issues

Issues with delivery which wasn’t free. 2 emails to their appointed wine advisor…NOTHING. But he can send me emails about more wine just can’t reply to my emails. Not what I expect from Saga as a long standing customer

I placed an order for some wine from…

I placed an order for some wine from this company via a link from Saga which ended up being Virgin wines.
I got a few messages to say my order had been dispatch the following day arriving between 1pm-4pm. This never arrived and no reason given.
I emailed customer service and told them to cancel my order, they replied reasonably quick saying that is fine and we will return your funds.
3 week later and 5 emails to the customer service department still no refund, they say they are waiting for the delivery company (DPD) to return the goods that I never received.
I also received an email 3 days ago to advise me they were dispatching my next monthly order, I emailed customer service again to tell them not to - once again no reply.
Buyers beware awful company and terrible customer service services
