Very disappointing experience
Had a very disappointing experience with this company. Ordered furniture in August 2025. Took some chasing up to pin down a delivery date. Eventually delivered in November 2025 but damaged in transit. The couriers they use were impossible to deal with. Jamie didn’t quibble over sending a replacement table base for the damaged one. Said he would “try” to get this done before Christmas. It then became early Jan. Further chasing up and it was eventually dispatched in February 2026. Two months of impossible communication with the couriers followed. I was let down over 3 delivery attempts. Fed up of taking time off work and moving things around to take deliveries that never happened, and after 9 months, I had to walk away and will pay to get the damaged table repaired myself. Jamie and the delivery company asked for a fourth chance to make things right, but after 9 months, it’s too little too late.
