After seeing this necklace on Lydia bright whilst watching the only way is Essex I fell in love with it and ordered it straight away because I knew my daughter would love it too. It arrived quickly and it was a beautiful necklace. Would use this site again.

I ordered a hair comb, which was easy to do through the Vintage Styler website. Delivery was reasonable and I didn't mind paying this as the comb arrived very quickly and needed to be signed for which was good. The comb was wrapped well and in a suitable parcel box and the Vintage Styler box complemented the comb well, it kept it nice and snug. I haven't used it yet but the comb looks well made and a good size - it is truly beautiful. I can't wait to use it, thank you Vintage Styler for a great product at a very competitive price.

The look of the bag is a definite 5/5, its a great colour and however the size of the inside lets it down. I am only able to fit money (cards & cash) and my phone in. The first time I used it, I tried to fit my car keys in but the clasp at the top would not shut! This would be understandable if I has hundreds of key rings on but I have only the actual key attached...

They sold me a bracelet that had been manufactured incorrectly so was a child's size. They asked me if I still wanted it via email and when I didn't respond within the hour they decided for me because they'd left it so late in the day and needed to post it! They communicate after office hours too so waste whole days of resolution and this was when I told them I had an event a in a few days that I needed the jewellery for. They have agreed to give me a full refund so at least that's something.

This is the second time I have used Vintage Styler. The first time, I bought a beautiful side tiara to wear on my wedding day. It was perfect. 2 of my friends have also borrowed it since.

This time, I was a wedding guest and chose a yellow bracelet and bag both from the Lydia Bright range. The pictures on the website were really useful and the colour came out just as I was expecting, which was great as there are many different shades of yellow and I needed to match up with other accessories. I paid for next day delivery as I was in a hurry. Service was faultless and the products arrived when promised, well packaged.

I couldn't quite give a 5 star rating this time as the bag's yellow fabric covering was not quite cut accurately to fit the metal frame and in one area it had a bit of a wonky edge. So that seemed a bit slapdash. I didn't ask for a replacement due to needing to use the bag imminently.

I bought a clutch bag for my wedding day. Upon receiving it I noticed it had some scuff marks on it. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was not cheap . I expect it to be in 100% perfect condition and not the condition that I received it in.

When you order on line you are always a little apprehensive, but on opening the packaging I was delighted to see how lovely the bag was. I had purchased this for our daughters wedding and it had to be just right. I was not disappointed.
