Refused to give me my money back when they informed me they couldn't fulfill my order due to the thin design of my logo.
This was within a week of ordering.

They refused to give me a refund due to their terms and conditions and offered me a credit note to use within 6 months or to purchase a more expensive sticker.

I resulted in contacting citizens advice bureau to check my rights and they told me that what they are doing is ILLEGAL and am within my consumer rights to receive a full refund due to them being in breach of contract.

I could of enforced this with a letter. But I applied for a refund through paypal and they refunded me within minutes.

This company is am absolute scam. I would AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Just got a letter to say that they're insolvent and my order wont be fulfilled. Be careful as the website is still live and taking orders.

Wow these guys are pretty bad at communicating. Still waiting for our order even after approving the art work twice! I then had an email to state they can't upload the art work? Tried calling 9 times and always voice mail! Poor poor service.....

Very professional and great customer service.

Especially from Ed and the guy who came to fit the vinyl. Also, I really appreciated the personal video we received when we got our initial quote and the amount of time that was taken to explain the different options.

The vinyls printed for our office meeting rooms looked fantastic so would definitely use again.

Really bad customer service and product. Not able to put it on window at all, and they used long time answering and didn't send us our whole order and for the missing part we were not even able to get our money back.

Order nr two we ordered one day after nr 1, that was in middle april. Now its 18th of may and still not got the wall stickers.

Wow. What a bad experience I've had with Vinylimpression. Not only is it impossible to put on the frosted glass sticker (it looked awful) but they couldn't get our order straight eighter. Asked for approval on mesurement and we specifically asked them to edit the lenght to the right size, and they scaled the whole thing making the hight different on all printing.

And they forgot to send us 1 of 3 printed item AND we have waited 6-7 weeks for a wall logo that was ordered the day after the first order.

Customer service uses many day to answer and wont take any blame of the mistake as we approved it, even thoug they didnt send us printing in time and we needed to use a local firm to fix it as our store was opening, we need to pay full price for all item, even the one we didnt reserved.

I’ve ordered a customised wall decal and provided the artwork. Love the customer service! Helpful and patient. Quick delivery as well. And I must say their pricing is the best around the market as I’ve been quoted 50% more from VI pricing. Fair and honest, with great quality stickers.

Although the finished product is very good several pieces from a complex design were missing. I sent in several photos and they sent individual replacements for the missing parts, although I had to email again as they didn't send them all! Tricky to position individual bits correctly in such an intricate design, still waiting for the last two bits to be sent out there were 8 bits missing in total. probably wouldn't use them again.

I was looking for a quirky Oscar Wilde quote wall sticker (with not much luck!!). After hours of trawling the web I decided to try a company that could custom make one up for me. I emailed Vinyl Impressions and had a response and quote within minutes. After agreeing, a proof of my design was emailed to me within days, then the actual wall sticker was made and mailed out to me within two weeks!! Can't explain how over the moon I was when the wall sticker came!! It's absolutely amazing and utterly unique. Vinyl Expressions have exceeded my expectations. From communication to receiving the wall sticker- they are truly a fab company. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again to Ed and the team :-)

I got in touch to buy a product for a friend and the guys were so great at helping me choose the right product and colours. My friend loves her wall sticker and has has loads of complements. I have already reccomended Vinyl Impression to friends. Just a wonderful experience all round

However, the world map don't have ocean & sea's names printed on it, which could get a better understanding on geographical of the earth

We are really happy with this product the company were very helpful with colour advice and it arrived well packaged. Easy to apply (I found a u-tube video on the hinge technique) and only took an afternoon. Its worth cutting out all the leaves and flowers before you start. We used the tree in our daughters bedroom on a pale apple green wall it looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Our order was several weeks late, yet we had no proactive communication.
I had to chase the order several times and was told various reasons why it was late. They were busy etc.
I was then told the order had shipped, to which I then found out it hadn't even left them several days later.
I chased again and received no response until 2 days later when I eventually received shipping notification.
No real apology from them either, which is disappointing and shows a complete lack of care for their customers experience.

The product is also expensive compared to others which are just as good.

Whilst there was an issue with part of the stickers supplied, they very promptly sent out a replacement set with no quibbling. Final product is excellent and my daughter loves her new 'tree'.

Vinylimpression produced for us an excellent product which is now on display at the front of our building. The quality of the artwork as well as the clear to follow instructions for attaching it to the wall has resulted in a very impressive and eye-catching large scale rendition of our badge. The team that put this together, against a very tight time line, could not have be more pleasant, helpful and effective. I would strongly recommend Vinylimpression to anyone looking for wall graphics. There prices are reasonable too!

No problems in specifying exactly what I wanted "Tempus Fugit" in a certain font (I forget now which one exactly). I received an email quite quickly with a picture of how it would look asking if I'd like to proceed with my order which I did. Then I just waited for delivery. Unfortunately this is why they don't get 5 stars it took ages for delivery & only after I got back in touch did it arrive & was absolutely spot on. Overall I'm very pleased.

If you are prepared to take some time and care, the vinyl graphics are simple to apply and look as good in reality as they do on the company website. Most flattering of all was the fact that visitors believed I had painted the lot myself. Brilliant!

Gave an excellent bright look to the room which only required an hour or so application. Items came well packaged and were reasonably easy to apply, most difficult part is where single items, such as a tree, come in several parts which require very careful alignment otherwise gaps are created in finshed look. Small problem with orginal items not sticking to walls, this was resolved quickly.

I waited the double of time that they say at the website and i called 5 times for having my impression at home, and their answer were: we have a lot of orders, so what happens, Have i paid less than other person so i have to wait more than them?..or did they have problems with my payment??.... I doubt it...really umprofessionals...
