This is the 3rd time that I have…

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered items that show on line and now after taking the money tell you it will be 2 weeks. Ordered 30 September received email a week later telling me out of stock, shocking
Feel this is now becoming the norm and service poor, normally a bit cheaper than other sites but I’ve just placed same order £1 dearer arriving Monday

If you’re happy to wait fair enough but I needed this stuff within a week and it said dispatch within 1 day

It still says that despite them saying it’s out of stock

Feel it’s false advertising

first time buyer.

yery quick delivery,extremley well packed and secure nice to see DPD being used as courier.My first order and i will endeavour to take a full look at the site,found this supplier when i was looking at my usual source that i had been using for years and a Microsoft pop-up offered this site as a cheaper alternative,as they say nothing ventured nothing gained.I will be back.

Waste of 2 weeks!

I found VioVet to be slightly cheaper than elsewhere for some (rather expensive) koi food. I ordered 2 different packs. They promised speedy delivery.

A few days later I was emailed to tell me 1 of the 2 was out of stock. I replied to ask if they could send what they had in stock. A few days later they replied to tell me that they had neither in stock but they were due this week.

The next week I chased again and was told it was due in the week.

Another week passed and then I get an email to tell me that 1 is still out of stock and they had no idea when it may be back in stock.

I should have just ordered from Amazon. Would have cost me a couple of pounds more but I would not have had 2 wasted weeks waiting for the food.

I will not order from VioVet again.
