Dog food good price and delivered…
Dog food good price and delivered quickly. Only problem was that part of order was wrong. Two boxes of lamb were sent instead of duck. I tried to ask that if they didn't have enough duck to fill order they would advise me before sending order as our dog has chicken allergy so wouldn't want any chicken or turkey sent didn't receive an answer. So I wouldn't feel confident to place another order.

Postage took a week to get to me.
When I phoned to ask about delivery I had to wait ages in a queue to be answered, was told I’d receive an email confirming but that never arrived.
Disappointed.

Royal Mail do allow up to 9 working days for a parcel to be delivered before they declare it as lost, however this was delivered on the - 22.09.2026.
