Very disappointing
Very disappointing . Been ordering from viovet a while never had an issue bit for this order and last one communication appalling. O ordered cat litter 13th August delivery date 14th or 17th August. Hadvyo chase twice and still can't confirm when will be dispatched need this hy Wednesday since had to order elsewhere very poor communication kept saying dorty for delay but no explanation or sincerity eith thus

Ridiculous wait for delivery
Ordered some balls from Viovet. At no point before the order was placed did it say they were awaiting stock, I was under the impression they would be shipped with Royal Mail 48 hour shipping.
Over a week later, still not received and when I tried to call their automated system said they aren’t being dispatched for 2 more days! I was apparently 7th in the queue so didn’t have time to wait on hold.
Very disappointed and will not be using them again.

Horrific communication empty promises being made of when my items will be delivered 1st lady told me it will be despatched in 48 hours after 13 days of no communication at all just awaiting despatch I then get told it will be out priority service in the next 24 hours next morning same email now telling me theres been yet another delay it will be at least another 24hour 48hour before despatch will NEVER be using again
