Lack of clarity, lied to me on the phone.
Here's the short version of the story
Got an email, explaining damaged bag of dog food and not in stock so I will get the dog food in when the suppliers deliver it. I also got a full refund. It left me thinking I am getting the dog food for free for the inconvenience.

I phoned to get some clarity so the order was cancelled automatically without me agreeing to it. The first person told me it wasn't in stock. I put in another order, ordering the same product and give a phone back to customer service and this person said it was in stock. The phone calls were about 15 minutes apart.
Not the best experience. Not sure why I am giving this another chance. Pretty disappointing and disgusting. I had to buy a small bag from Amazon which I'd rather not do but I had to as I just adopted a dog and needed it.
