Build quality was crap, puncherd innertubes on arrival battery too big for the box so my board would close properly too much to list...they will be friendly and say yes to everything to get your money then i will say good luck in getting anywhere especially now the company has disappeared but i have heard they still scam people on ebay and never send the parts!!! Horrible experience i wish i could get my money back!!

VIPER SCOOTERS!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE!!!! TRUST ME YOU WILL GET PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR IVER 6 MONTHS ABOUT MY SCOOTER NOT WORKING QND FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL BACK SAYING THEY DONT DO SERVICING ANYMORE. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY AND IM LEFT WITH A £2000 SCOOTER I BOUGHT THAT DOESNT WORK!!! IV TRIED CONTACING THEM ABOUT 500 TIMES THROUGH PHONE CALLS AND THEY DINT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

Thanks for the scooter, I rate it 5* for the scooter. Had a great weekend on it good bit of kit. Customer service spot on. Delivery however was abit awkward.

it looks like i dodged a bullet hear,i was going to buy two 5000watt 60volts for my twins but luckily i had the sense to check before i clicked olpayment, i was litteraly 2 sexonds away from comfir.ing, thanks for the heads up Trustpilot

Please read reviews about this seller where you can. These reviews are genuine where there has been a bad experience.
I have had every excuse thrown at my by asking a simple question....
Where is the date on the battery, every battery like this should have a date? Mine says 20150515. That number is the date in reverse. Do research on batteries. But I was told, no this is a batch number! I had been told by professionals this is the date, they deal in batteries.
Let me get mechanic to confirm. 1 weel later, oh hes off now. Another week later,we dont have any in stock to check. Another week later, waiting for manufacturer to get back to us. Another week later still waiting.You sell batteries, you should know about the products you sell.
My battery had expired before it was even purchased.
Send the battery back so we can have a look. Erm no, not sending any evidence back. I paid for it, its mine. I am not stupid. Do your research on this company before you buy anything, all available on the internet on Companies House. So not sharing anything that is private information. Yes my experience has been bad, that is why you need to do everything you can before purchasing from them. If they respond it will probably be to push the blame on me, but you know what, I know whats right. I know how to look after a battery I am not a fool. Had many battery powered products before and NEVER had an issue.

I bought two Mad Velocifero 1600 W andI had a problem with a throttle control and I asked the new component in guarantee but after same mails the Viperscooter is disappeared and don't reply at the other mail so nothing guarantee.

Bought the viper blade at Christmas and as kids do, he’s lost the keys. Ive now been waiting over 2 months on a barrel coming into stock so he can use it as currently its a £500 door stop.

No response from them either.

How can a 6 month old scooter not have readily available parts? Surely that cant be legal?

If this had been bought from another retailer which I wont mention by name, the parts would be here because I’ve checked on their parts page. I certainly wont buy from Viper again.

Very good company bought a scooter for my son for Christmas had a problem and they couldn’t do more to help to get it back on the road very pleased with the response they even phone me direct to sort the problem out. I am more than happy with the help they offered. It’s great to find a company that still has the personal touch.

Horrendous. Sued and got my money back. If you’re Reading this do not allow them to swindle you. Sue them. THIEVES!!!!

There you go again with the lies we both know how many times it's been back yes initially I was impressed with the work done untill I realised all the bolts are rounded off and none of the swing arm Infact none of them were lock tighted with a week to 2 week gap waiting each laborious time if you would like il go through my bank details and find out exactly the amount of times that heap of crud you call a scooter has been back and fourth to you it's been in the workshop more than ridden as I dare not at risk using it alas breaking it when I first returned it I wanted as is my leagal right a refund or replacement and you dodged that by saying I'd been and tampered with my new 2 grand scooter yh that makes sence let's buy a two grand bike n break it I honestly wish I'd never ever got the thing it's been nothing but trouble your nasty head games won't work if you were in the total right you would have not even replied yet here you are defending your utter vile conduct seriously if your reading this avoid viper like the plauge get a suron or a kaboo or anything but a viper nothing but a series of con artists they have done me out of 2375 pounds for an unsafe e.bIke that's not worth the metal it's made from I'm honest to god throwing it in the tip im done its rubbish and that's were rubbish belongs I want your company that scooter out my house and life and I'm getting a dualtron all you wants money let's see how we get on at Feltham it's gunna cost me 45 you 6 to 15 grand lol I'm not letting another scooter company try and bamboozle me out of rediculous sums of cash without any consequences lots of love all the best snakes

STOP AND READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM VIPER SCOOTERS! I purchased an “Ex-Demo” Mercane mx60 for £950 which had an apparent 0km on the clock. After a week delay maybe more because they gave me the wrong charger, I was able to use the scooter. First ride the motors keep cutting out and the battery lid locking mechanism is stuck and won’t open. After much hassle getting the scooter back to the shop the lock was sorted. However next ride the motors still cut out and now a new problem a MAIN bolt at the bottom of the stem has snapped off either side, please bare in mind this is apparently a scooter with 0km on the clock. This should not be happening to any high end scooter so I’m well within my rights to ask and get this sorted but VIPER SCOOTERS HAVE BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO THEY CANT BE CONTACTED! How professional of them! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM VIPER AS YOU MAY HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE ME!!!!

I have bought two scooters from these guys ,they are very helpful ,spare parts ,after sales service ,they are top guys.
They have a nice workshop , they book you an appointment and get the job done. I would definitely recommend buying a scooter from this company at least they can help you if you have any problems. Better than any back street seller. 6 stars from me

I previously left a bad review based on my customer service experience however due to a member of this companies team doing a great job of being professional and helpful, I feel that I have now been treated fairly and I am much happier with their service.

To also note, the scooter I have bought, the 1600w velocifero mad scooter, is fantastic. It’s sturdy and great quality and a lot of fun to ride, also much faster than I realised.

My only criticism is that it’s far heavier than expected due to the batteries and the manual needs to be more detailed to help people such as myself who are not historically very effective at setting up electronics. Highly recommended product, brilliant price of kit.

Very very expensive for company that just simply rebrands the maike scooters. And there after sales support is absolutely non existing. Get it cheaper and better support elsewhere.

After 3 weeks I sent another text which got no reply. I sent another about a week later with a read receipt attached to it and it was read about 20 minutes after I sent it and once again got completely ignored.

That to me isn't great customer service at all. It's the worst. Especially on a scooter that cost me £2200 where the exact same maike scooter is £700 directly from the manufacturer in China.

Your scooters are not viper scooters they are Maike scooters which you buy from alibaba and remove all stickers and call them vipers. Then sale them at a massive profit and don't even offer customer service. There is a word for companies like yours. Scammers maybe harsh as your technically not breaking any laws. Maybe maike might disagree as u are debranding there scooters and calling them your own. I think a copyright law maybe broken there. Either way you suck.

Avoid these viper scooters. Get the exact same scooters directly from China for 700 plus 300 shipping is still over a 1000 savings.

So yea. Your reply is just a lie. Your company is a fraud. Look at the reviews on here from trusted consumers. The couple of good reviews are so blatantly fakes from new accounts. Think I might sue you for extortion. How about that?

Bought a Velocifero from Viperscooters. Viper Scooters have been great. I would recommend this company and have done to friends and family. Great support team and all of this during Covid-19. thanks Viper Scooters.
