Our pilot Chris was hilarious. The flight was a little short - just 45 minutes but the wind direction changed a lot. We were so low that we could see rabbits running about - as well as deer, a stork flying and fish in a pool. It was also eerily quiet up there. The landing was eventful but we were safe. Such fun!
This was our first booking with the voucher so easy for us but one had to not go as she found out she was pregnant the night before.

It was great from start to finish. The pilot and crew were very friendly snd involved us in the whole experience they wete very professional and helpful maki d sure we enjoyedour experience. The flight went very smoothly thanks to the pilot.

A truly magical experience and one I would definitely do again. So peaceful, calm and tranquil, I could have stayed in the air for longer. The weather was great, clear and sunny and a sunrise balloon ride was a great way to start the day :-)
Great pilot and staff, made it fun by getting everyone involved setting up and packing away. Lovely to relax at the end to finish the moment with a glass of bubbly!

Amazing experience! 5 Stars all the way! The pilot was excellent… no bumps felt even towards the end! Very smooth ride…. With explanations, fun facts and answers to questions… really excellent customer service!

A birthday present for the wife. She loved it. Loads of hands on get stuck in helping out too. Excellent experience. Well worth the trip. Staff were really nice and friendly. The pilot was great too. Loved the nice soft landing with the different levels of altitudes of flying. Highly recommend.

David and his team were brilliant from start to finish and made our experience everything you could have hoped for. I highly recommend a flight from Norfolk (we were extremely lucky the balloon took off from 2 minutes from our house!) with David and his brilliant crew

The whole experience was great from helping set up the balloon to the flight and packing up everything. Pilot was great.

The balloon flight itself was incredibly gentle, the views were stunning, and the landing was perfect. The basket didn’t tip over or drag along the ground, making for a really smooth finish. Our pilot was friendly, informative and helped make the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was definitely a bucket-list experience, and we’re so glad we did it.

There were just a couple of small things that stopped it being a 5-star experience for us.

Firstly, everyone was expected to help pack the balloon away after landing. Unfortunately, we landed in a field full of cow pats, so the balloon was covered in them and very dirty. We had dressed nicely for the occasion and ended up with cow poo on our shoes, while another passenger got it all over their clean clothes. I think it would be better if there were a dedicated ground crew to do this, or at the very least passengers were given the choice and warned beforehand that their clothes and shoes could get dirty.

Secondly, we paid extra for the Prosecco package, but everyone was offered Prosecco after the flight anyway. That made the additional charge feel a little pointless. If people are paying extra for that as a luxury, it seems fair that it should remain exclusive to those who purchased it.

Those are only minor criticisms, though. Overall, we had a fantastic day, made some wonderful memories, and would absolutely recommend the experience to anyone looking for something special.

I wasn’t looking forward to this adventure one bit but Russell our pilot has a natural ability to put everyone at ease and make you feel safe. Once the balloon lifted off I was so relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience to the full

A very well organised event. The staff were helpful and friendly. A relaxing balloon ride, nice prosecco drink at the end.
My only complaint was that it was meant to leave from oswestry, but we had to drive to Shrewsbury. However, we discovered that is was never going to leave oswestry due to some administrative issues ongoing. I believe the company should be honest about leaving from oswestry and remove it until issue resolved.

Wonderful experience. The whole team were very friendly, professional and highly proficient. The flight from Dunsfold showed beautiful scenery and we were blessed with perfect weather. Could not have been better.

It was a great early morning adventure flying with Virgin balloons from Hanging Houghton the view over Northampton shire was amazing to see the cars driving up and down the M1 and the Saints Rugby Stadium, the tower behind it which is a listed building and then flying out towards Towcester. The houses look like models and the air stream was smooth and the flight went without any problems whatsoever, , we had fun assembling the balloon and packing it away after we landed and the fun mini bus ride back where we return to Lamport Hall to The stables cafeteria for breakfast

The welcome was friendly and relaxed, the whole inflation and boarding process was explained very well. The flight itself was fantastic with a very smooth landing

Overall very good it was just getting in-out of basket I found difficult
