I placed a bet with Virgin Bet and won fair and square, but when it came time to collect my winnings, they flat-out refused to pay me. I followed all the rules, provided all necessary information, and yet they found some excuse to block my payout and now my account. Customer service was completely unhelpful, giving generic responses that didn’t address the problem at all. It’s shocking that a company would treat honest customers this way. I would strongly warn anyone considering using Virgin Bet to stay away—there are plenty of other platforms that actually honor your winnings. Absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I don’t understand the bad reviews this is a honest review! I opened an account 4 days ago over 4 days I gambled £20 a day and got to around £100 on two days and lost and then today the 4th day won £500 I withdrew and it’s in my account this late at night!
