Delighted
Well I never personally saw the basket but my wife was delighted. Bit of a change from the usual egg. Also I contacted them about delivery as I hoped it would be there before Easter, and it was. I will definitely buy from them again. Very rare nowadays a company that actually does have time for customers.

Your hamper itself was excellent
Your hamper itself was excellent, however your delivery driver left it behind the recipients refuse bin and left no indication that a parcel had been delivered ….. not the most hygienic place to leave a food hamper… !!

Good Morning,
For all orders placed via the website you are able to login to your account and track your order which has a delivery photo to show where the parcel would have been left.
An email would have also been sent to confirm despatch of your order which has a "track here" link for your order.
The gift was left behind the black wheelie bin within the proof of delivery photo, the gift is within an outer carboard box which means no food items will have come into contact.

I wanted the egg for a Brownie Guide…
I wanted the egg for a Brownie Guide Easter Egg hunt and the youngest girl smashes the egg at the end of the evening and they all dive in & eat the chocolate. The egg was beautifully wrapped, well packaged and tasted absolutely wonderful when broken. The girls had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed it

Always send one of your chocolate hampers at Christmas so thought an Easter one would be an excellent idea. It has been! Delivered as expected and the recipient rang straight away to say how thrilled she was. The variety and quality is excellent and such great value for money. This company are great to deal with I…
This company are great to deal with I searched high and low for a tall chocolate bunny and they came up with the goods at a very reasonable price. Ordered online no issue with the ordering and the box came a few days later, very well wrapped up so secure for the chocholate bunny. This box was a bit dented but luckily the padding inside protected it. We are raffling the bunny off for a local charity, will also look here in future for the odd item.

I ordered for Mother’s Day and only received the gift today (Wednesday) because the parcel was delivered and I wasn’t advised where it was left! It’s only because I chased up the parcel that I was told! Won’t be ordering again!

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you are disappointed. Your two hampers were delivered on your requested date by DPD on Friday 13th March however no one was available at your address on the delivery attempt so the parcels were delivered to your neighbour directly across the road from you.
We are always available to help our customers with parcel tracking and as soon as you contacted us via email on Monday we advised it was with your neighbour.
